The apartment features a fully furnished bedroom, a modern bathroom, and a functional kitchen, so you can take care of yourself just like at home. A TV is also available for relaxing evenings. Wi-Fi is, of course, provided free of charge (600 Mbps download / 300 Mbps upload – glasfiber connection).

• You can reach the trade fair and the airport by car, taxi, or Uber in about 12–15 minutes

• Osterath train station is just a 5-minute walk (approx. 450 m) away (connections to Kleve, Krefeld, Neuss, Düsseldorf, and Cologne)

• The “Hoterheide” tram stop is a 9-minute walk (approx. 650 m) away (lines U70, U74, and U76 toward Krefeld and Düsseldorf)

• Direct access to the A44, A52, and A57 highways

Both the train and the tram are conveniently within walking distance, allowing you to reach destinations such as Düsseldorf, Cologne, or Krefeld quickly and easily. The airport is also just a short drive away—ideal for a stress-free arrival and departure.

Shopping and restaurants are also in the immediate vicinity and are easily accessible on foot.
