The Beate holiday rental is located in a detached single-family home in a quiet suburb of St. Wendel and offers the ideal setting for a relaxing holiday in a family-friendly atmosphere. Thanks to its proximity to the city centre, Wendelinus Park, and various shopping options, the property combines a quiet location with easy access to recreational and retail amenities. The golf course, numerous hiking and biking trails, and facilities such as a high ropes course, indoor climbing gym, and skate park are all within easy reach, making the property an ideal starting point for active holidaymakers. The swimming and surfing lake with a beer garden is also just a few kilometres away. Guests have access to a shared garden with a lawn for sunbathing and outdoor furniture, as well as a bicycle parking area. For guests arriving by train, a free pickup service from the train station is available upon request. Pets are not allowed. Children are not permitted in the accommodation—adults only



Beate Holiday Rental:

The holiday apartment has a separate entrance and can accommodate one to three adults. The bedroom features two single beds, while a sleeper sofa in the living room can be used as an additional sleeping option. The separate, fully equipped kitchen and the bathroom ensure a comfortable stay. The accommodation is ideal for both leisure travellers and business travellers. Free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, bed linens, and towels are included in the price. In addition, guests can use the shared garden with a lawn for sunbathing and outdoor furniture. Bicycles and other sports equipment can be stored securely. The quiet residential area makes the holiday rental an ideal starting point for hikes, bike rides, and golf outings in the region. Children are not permitted.



On-site fees: A 50% prepayment is charged upon booking. The remaining balance is due on-site in cash upon arrival or via bank transfer. Cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations between 14 and 7 days before arrival will be charged at 50% of the total cost, and cancellations within 7 days of arrival will be charged at 100% of the total cost. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:30 a.m. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon consultation with the property owner. Please contact us in a timely manner to arrange this, if necessary. Keys will be handed over in person on-site. Pets are not allowed. PLEASE NOTE—this is an adults-only property
