In a former farmhouse, “La Fabrique” has been renovated in an industrial style. You can enjoy the property’s large landscaped garden (about 6,000 m²) and the 4x9 m pool (open May to September, weather permitting), shared with guests of the “La Bohème” gîte (up to 15 people).
Spaces and amenities at your disposal:
• Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, induction hob, fridge with freezer compartment, oven, microwave, toaster, filter coffee maker, and kettle.
• Dining area with a table for 6.
• Living room with large corner sofa bed, TV, coffee table, and two armchairs.
• Spacious 14 m² bedroom with double bed (160 x 200) and wardrobe.
• Second 11 m² bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200) and wardrobe.
• Bathroom with washing machine.
• Separate toilet.
• 11 m² outdoor terrace with garden table, parasol, and barbecue.
The accommodation offers a peaceful setting, ideal for relaxing with family or friends. On-site parking available. Towels and bed linen (beds made on arrival) are provided. Mandatory cleaning fee applies.
