Amenities
The detached, barrier-free holiday home offers 60 m² of space for up to 4 people and is ideal for families and groups. It has a total of 3 rooms, including a bedroom with a comfortable double box-spring bed (180x200). The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds (90x200 each). Both bedrooms have closets.

The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with an induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, Senseo coffee maker, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment—perfect for cooking together in the evenings. In the cosy living area, a sofa nook and a SMART TV invite you to relax. Free, high-speed Wi-Fi keeps you online at all times. The adjacent dining area offers plenty of space for all guests.
A modern bathroom with a walk-in shower and a toilet with a grab bar provide extra comfort. The sinks in the holiday home are wheelchair-accessible.

Families with small children can pre-order cots if needed (subject to availability)—a high chair and a toilet seat adapter are provided in the holiday home. Upon request, our guests can also reserve a shower chair.

Wi-Fi and a parking space in front of the house are available to you free of charge! Two electric vehicle charging stations are available in the car park for shared use.
Garden furniture and a charcoal grill invite you to enjoy relaxing moments on the two terraces (east and west sides). You’re welcome to park the bicycles you’ve brought with you on the house’s terrace.

Up to three four-legged friends are warmly welcome in our smoke-free home. The fenced-in garden provides you and your furry friend with plenty of space to roam.
In the guest lounge, the Warft-Treff, we provide washing machines (2×2 euro coins) and dryers (2 euros) for our guests for a fee. Here you’ll also find indoor play areas and a self-service refrigerator stocked with drinks.
