Apartment, shower, toilet, 1 bedroom:

The bedroom features a comfortable double bed (180 × 200 cm) and a loft bed with two sleeping spots (90 × 200 cm). 
The heart of the apartment is the spacious, fully equipped kitchen—complete with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, air fryer, contact grill, and a wide range of kitchen accessories. A special highlight is the large balcony with a view of the greenery, where you can start your day in a relaxed manner or wind down in the evening.



On-site fees: A 50% prepayment is charged after booking.The remaining balance is due via bank transfer up to 14 days before arrival. For last-minute bookings, payment is due in cash upon arrival.Cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations made between 14 and 7 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total cost; cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will be charged 100% of the total cost.Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is due by 11:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times may be arranged upon request. Please contact us in a timely manner to make arrangements if necessary. Keys will be handed over in person on-site.A baby cot can be provided free of charge upon request. Pets are not allowed.



Check-in is from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m., and check-out is from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
