Welcome to Studio Apartment Paula in Dielmissen—a modernized, comfortable retreat located in the basement of our apartment house, nestled between the Weser and Leinebergland.



The studio accommodates up to two guests, making it ideal for couples, business travelers, or tradespeople. Whether you’re unwinding after work, a hike in the Solling, or a tour through the Weserbergland, you’ll find relaxation and peace here.



Enjoy restful sleep in the comfortable box spring bed (180 × 200 cm). A 55-inch smart TV with Zattoo and free high-speed Wi-Fi are provided.



The bright kitchenette features a cooktop, oven with microwave function, refrigerator, dishes, pots, pans, and utensils. Complimentary coffee and select spices are included. A cozy dining area completes the living space.



The renovated bathroom offers a shower, towels, soap, hairdryer, and an illuminated LED mirror.



Located in the basement, the apartment has two garden-facing windows with light wells for daylight. Pleated blinds ensure privacy, and extra curtains allow for effective blackout.



Free parking is available on the property. An EV charging station, as well as a washing machine and dryer, are available for an additional fee. In the shared entrance area, a self-service fridge with drinks and snacks is at your disposal.



Our apartment house is quietly situated on the outskirts of Dielmissen. The Weserbergland region offers many opportunities for hiking, cycling, and motorcycling. Bodenwerder, Hameln, the Solling, and other destinations are easily reached by car.
