Your whole group will enjoy easy access to all the sights and amenities from this centrally located home. This detached house is in the village of Perrier, just 5 minutes from Issoire. You can visit beautiful caves overlooking the village. Super Besse, Lake Pavin, Lake Chambon, Murol Castle, the volcanoes, and Vulcania are all nearby.



The house has a spacious entrance hall on the ground floor, perfect for storing your bikes. Upstairs, you’ll find the living areas:

- 1 bedroom with a double bed and a single bed

- 2 bedrooms with double beds

- Large living room with French doors and a small balcony, plus a sofa bed for extra sleeping space

- Bathroom with bathtub and shower

- 2 toilets (one on the ground floor, one upstairs)

- Large separate kitchen fully equipped with gas stove, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, and filter coffee maker



TV, washing machine, and high chair are available. One pet is allowed.



Parking is available in front of the house.
