Please be sure to note the following:
1. When inquiring or booking, please avoid scheduling arrivals or departures on Saturdays if possible, as we do not wish to "split up" high-demand weekends. Therefore, please aim to arrive on a Friday or Sunday instead of a Saturday.
We only accept Saturday arrivals/departures in exceptional cases and charge a €90 surcharge, which is not displayed in the price calculator!

2. We cannot offer discounts for Sunday-to-Sunday bookings, as cleaning staff receive a 100% wage premium for work on weekends and public holidays.
This means: For Sunday-to-Sunday bookings, we always charge the base price per night specified for the respective season multiplied by 7, even if the price calculator might otherwise calculate a discount.
This also applies if we accept Saturday arrivals/departures in exceptional cases.


Further exceptions regarding arrival/departure:
- Ski jumping events: Arrival only possible on Thu./Fri. (no Saturday arrival)
- Carnival: Arrival only possible on Thu./Fri. (not Sat., Sun., or Rose Monday)
- Easter: No arrivals on Easter Saturday or Easter Sunday. ...possible
- Easter: No departures possible on Good Friday, Easter Saturday, or Easter Sunday.
- Whitsun: No arrivals or departures possible on Whit Sunday!
- Christmas holidays: No departures possible on Dec. 24, 25, 26, 31, or New Year's Day.

You will receive the binding total price from us via email upon making an inquiry or booking. When the reservation confirmation is sent, you may withdraw from the contract if you do not agree to the final price.

A local tourist tax is added to all prices; it is currently €2.50 per person/night for guests aged 15 and older (as of 2024).


Security Deposit & Payment Terms:
A standard security deposit of €300 is required for this property.
Please transfer the security deposit—along with the balance payment—no later than 14 days before arrival; it will be refunded to you within seven to ten business days after departure.

Payment Terms:
- 20% deposit due within one week of receiving the booking confirmation.
- Balance payment due 14 days before arrival.
- For short-notice bookings (less than 42 days in advance), the full amount must be transferred within 24 hours of receiving the booking confirmation.
- Cash payment on-site is not possible!
