We offer a modern and stylishly furnished holiday apartment for up to 4 guests, located close to the center of the beautiful Hanseatic city of Stralsund. The apartment is in a separate building on the hosts' property.



This modern 2-room holiday apartment features a bedroom, a living room with an open kitchen, a bathroom, and a cozy covered sun terrace. The bus stop (Sophienweg, line 4) is just about 250 meters away.



A parking space for your car and a secure area for bicycles (with e-bike charging station) are available. Dogs are welcome on request. Cats and other pets are not allowed.



The apartment includes a hallway, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a bedroom with a double bed (1.80 meters wide) and a sofa bed, and a living room with an integrated kitchen and dining area. There is a TV in both the living room and bedroom, as well as free Wi-Fi. The kitchen is equipped with a two-burner induction stove and a refrigerator. The inviting covered terrace is perfect for relaxing. Towels and bed linen are included. Free parking is available at the house, with additional spaces nearby.
