Great Island Getaway

Great property in a great location. Wonderful location to be able to explore the island with our large family. Kids loved the pool and individual A/C units in each room is awesome

Beautiful home on a tropical paradise.

We stayed at this beautiful home right on the cliffs with the ocean 100 feet below. The home is very spacious and everyone had their own bedroom. The island is beautiful and the locals are so friendly. We were invited to many BBQ's and events from people we didn't even know. The ocean water is always warm and the reef makes the water smooth as glass off the popular beaches. I would highly recommend staying at this beautiful vacation home.

Amazing location - BUT home needs TLC to justify the price -

Booked this home well over a year ago for family reunion after 24 years away . Location is rated a 10 +++ Unfortunately the home had maintenance issues . No GRILL ( we had to by one ) - gas did not work on stove - glass fell out of shower - floor and stair railing’s were under construction - microwave broken - jacuzzi broken - tv in bedroom broken - sliding glass doors corroded shut - vertical blinds broken - no access to stairs leading to sea - place really just needs updating to make it shine once more . Hard to justify the $ 8,500 for a week stay . The waterfront view is what saved this home from being a rip-off . This is coming from all 9 of us who stayed in this home .

Great property!!

This is a fantastic home in a great spot on the island! The house was very comfortable with a great kitchen set up which allowed us to eat in most nights. We will be back for sure.

The Breathtaking Ocean View is Really your Backyard

Extremely well appointed home, especially if you like to cook, and have family time. No details missed in the home, and the management was prompt, polite and truly looked to make our experience special. For me, I look at photo's of the property and expect - what is in the photo's to be in the property. The first photo is exactly what you experience. For us, and maybe they are in the process of being replaced, there were no chaise lounges to sun bathe by the pool with and the stairway to the ocean was closed off - maybe for insurance purposes? I have stayed at a few VBRO's on Guam - this is the best stay and appointed property we have enjoyed to date...beautiful ocean views, beautiful well appointed home with comfortable beds and quiet privacy, looking forward to staying again.

Perfect for our family with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Dina was so responsive to our needs. We really appreciate her attentiveness!

A real nice place to stay

While the photos need a little updating on the site the house was great. I was roomy and had great qualities for a long stay. We had 6 men staying here and it was way better than staying in a hotel. We even weathered Typhoon Mangkut in it with no worries at all it is a solid house. The view is breathtaking and it was nice to just watch the waves and marine life below. On the improvement side the house needs updating, a coat of paint would do wonders, there is a tint BBQ grill in the back but a nicer gas grill would make it click. I look forward to staying here again whether for a long weekend or a month. The owner and manager are very responsive and helpful.

Beautiful home with an amazing view.

This home was gorgeous. Plenty of space for 5 guys and when there were zero hotels available on island no less. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was huge and had everything you could need for an unhindered stay. PERFECT PLACE TO STAY ON VACATION!

Beautiful and spacious home

My family and my friends family, including 7adults and 8 children stayed for 5 nights here. The rooms are spacious and fabulous. The pool is huge and our kids love it. Everyday and night we played in the pool and its water slide. The support staf, Chris was very friendly. When the trouble occurred in the doors of the gate, he came immediately and fixed it quickly. We will definitely return this home when we stay in Guam.

Review of Cliffside Vacation Home

My family visit to GUAM to see my husband and me.They stayed here for 3 nights and had a really great time. The home is very spacious and everyone had their own bedroom. The house was fully furnished and the family especially enjoyed the swimming pool. The house being fully furnished allowed the family to spend much enjoyable time together rather than spend lots of time away from the house. Ian and Asia were especially helpful in making our time there a great success. The family is looking forward to the next opportunity to come back.

Amazing and beautiful Ocean front home

This has been the most amazing experience for me and my family. We stayed here for 3 nights and had a really great time. The house decor was really beautiful and the spacious rooms were a real luxury. The jacuzzi in the master bedroom was a very special treat for my husband and myself and the huge pool and water slide was a hit with the kids. Asia was really easy to talk to and answer all my many questions. This was our first time on Guam and we really had a great time. We will definitely be back again. This home is amazing and if you truly want to listen to the waves and see the ocean right in your back yard, this house is it!! The views and sounds are breathtaking. I would highly recommend this home If you want to experience true luxury and a 360 degree spectacular ocean view.
