Flat Screen TV's with HD, Wifi, Apple TV, Pandora, Chefs kitchen, First floor porch, Balcony off the Master, range, all stainless appliances, two car garage and brand new furnishings. Newly renovated late 2013. Hardwood floors on first floor and part of second. New carpet in the bedrooms. Pak-n-play provided.
