Originally from Panama City, Republic of Panama, I have been a Florida resident for nearly 40 years, having relocated from Panama in 1974, and now residing in both Naples and Miami Beach. Educated in the United States, I am fluent in English and Spanish. Currently, I am the sole proprietor of Guardian Realty, Inc. In addition to my Florida real estate experience, I co-founded Zonian International Real Estate, S.A. in the Republic of Panama, which is headquartered in Panama City. With my kids now through high school, I can spend more time visiting family in my native country, and get familiar with the real estate market in Panama. Purchasing this property has really been an exciting adventure, and will make a perfect get away!
