Beautiful home in quiet neighborhood

The house was just as beautiful and comfortable as I imagined from the photos online. Kitchen was equipped with everything you could need and more. The house was extremely clean and the beds were very comfortable. Wonderful porch swing to lounge in with a good book. Fantastic Italian restaurant and delicious ice cream store a short walk to the front of neighborhood.

Fantastic place

We highly recommend this place. Modern, clean in a quite and secure location. Beds have luxury mattresses or tops. A golf cart is recommended to get to the beach if you want to take stuff.

June 5-12, 2021 Stay

The Dutch Mtn house is so pretty and just delightful! It’s location relative to the beach and other areas of 30A is great! The house is fully equipped, super comfy, bikes are fun, lovely little neighborhood, pool is perfect and we have been able to drop our things off at the beach and park nearby and/or ride the bikes down! Oversee Mngmt company was super wonderful to work with and have loads of useful info about the entire area, things to do, places to eat and really manage the home well. Please stay here... you’ll love it!
