This architect-designed house blends contemporary architecture with local materials such as stone and wood. Large bay windows, all around the house allow to enjoy a panoramic view of the pool, the sea and nature.
A terrace, sometimes covered, runs all around the house, allowing to benefit from places sheltered from the sun or widely exposed according to the desires.
The living room with open kitchen fully equipped, is on the ground, covered with oak floor with large llamas, some objects of well known designers (Le Corbusier, Eames, and Panton) come to bring a contemporary and refined note to all. The colors of the walls, the sculptures and the paintings give a 'holiday' atmosphere that is both cheerful and relaxing.
The pool is heated from June 1st to November 1st.

Superb rental: we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. And, it was a perfect base to explore the Cap Corse and Agriates regions. Our dog likewise enjoyed the house and its surroundings, though the absence of fencing meant we couldn't let him wander at will on the grounds. A truly memorable week!

Vincent’s home is perfect. We loved waking up to the view of the bay, listening to the birds and peace and quiet and privacy out in the deck. The kitchen is excellently stocked to make lunch and dinner every day. The bed was very comfortable. Everything you could need was in the house. Vincent was communicative, thoughtful, friendly. We are already trying to plan our next visit to Saint Florent and would stay at Vincent’s home every time. Thank you!

Quand nous sommes arrivés la piscine etait verte on a dû attendre 3 jours avant de pouvoir en profiter Le ménage pas terrible il y avait des poils de chien partout ,de la vaisselle salle dans les placards dès que l’on devait se servir de quelque chose il fallait le laver. Nous n’avons pas pu utiliser le lave-vaisselle car il y avait une fuite d’eau Nous n’avons pas beaucoup apprécié d’être filmé à l’arrivée et au départ j’ai dû envoyer un message au propriétaire qui l’a tourné mais ce n’était pas signalé qu’il y avait des caméras Pas de bouchon dans la baignoire Bref l’annonce disait que le plus était la propreté….Sinon la maison est bien le bémol la propreté et la machine à laver dans le garage il faut descendre les escaliers pour des personnes qui ont des problèmes de santé ce n’est pas top

Alles wie im Portal beschrieben! Die Aussicht ist spektakulär! Nur 2 Kleinigkeiten: mit dem Grill kamen wir nicht zurecht ( zu schwach oder ich war zu doof), die Auffahrt ist echt steil, mit Bulli geht’s, alles tiefer gelegte evtl schwierig. Der Vermieter antwortet prompt und gibt tolle Tipps!!! Danke Vincent!

Super schöne Villa

Das Haus ist herrlich gelegen, der Blick auf die Bucht von Saint-Florent atemberaubend. Die Architektur des Hauses, die außergewöhnliche Einrichtung, die riesige zentrale offene Küche haben uns sehr gefallen. 3 der 4 Schlafzimmer haben Blick auf Pool und Meer, - ein Traum. Der Pool war angenehm warm, -unsere Teenager wollten gar nicht mehr aus dem Wasser... ;-) damit er keine Wärme verliert, haben wir ihn abends jeweils mit der Plane abgedeckt, was ganz schnell gemacht ist. Die Zufahrt ist steil und eng, war aber auch mit unserem grossen Wagen problemlos zu meistern. Der Grill hat nicht wirklich Power, eher ideal für Fisch, als für Fleisch. Der Vermieter reagiert sofort, ist sehr freundlich und unkompliziert und hat uns mit vielen Reisetipps unterstützt. Einzig das Geländer auf der Terasse ist, da aus Bändern, etwas gefährlich und bestimmt nicht ideal für kleine Kinder. Wir werden dieses wunderschöne Domizil bestimmt wieder buchen.

une villa chaleureuse avec une vue magnifique équipements bien réfléchis pour pouvoir y vivre sans devoir sortir de la propriété (bien sur on trouve de merveilleux sites à visiter si on le souhaite- le cap Corse étant fort proche) la terrasse bien protégée permet de vivre dehors toute la journée sans souffrir du soleil, l'espace autour de la piscine lui est exposé l'après midi et c'est juste parfait. Nous avons tout apprécié!

A marvellous house with a stunning view

We spent a week in this marvellous house, together with our children and grandchildren; we were three families with four children aged 3-10 years. We liked och loved the place - it was even better than expected! Situated high above the sea with a stunning view on the village and bay. Two steps from sleeping room to the pool for each of the three bigger sleeping rooms. The pool is in the center and all of us loved it, the same applies to the dining table from which the bay view is unforgettable. The combined kitchen and living room is spacious, beautifully furnished and well equipped. All equipment is rich, clean and easy to find. Vincent became a helpful and friendly contact. We will vividly recommend the place to all groups with suitable size.

Très belle maison offrant de très grande surfaces. Beaux meubles. Les photos parlent d'elles mêmes. Cuisine super équipée, belle vaisselle à volonté. Il ne manque rien. N'hésitez pas à louer vous ne serait pas déçu.
