Apartment with lateral sea view, living room, bedroom, american kitchen and bathroom. Nicely decorated, for people who like modern, bright and well located apartments. The street is the Prado Jr 281, almost corner with Barata Ribeiro, the property is front more is silent. Perfect for up to 3 people, the daily value is for one person, if staying 2 or 3 the value changes, please contact me.
A security deposit is charged for the rented days and one person. from 300.00 reais.
Check in from 9:30 to 17:00, if you can arrange in advance if the customer arrives by 20:00, after this time or early in the morning, we do not check in.
Check out at 12:00, arrange early if departure is from 8:30 in the morning. Before 8:30 we do not check out. Check out after 12:00 only if you have possibilities and if you pay a fee of $ 60.00 reais.
