Resort for family oriented - Room was dirty and sticky

Family friendly resort but the room was Dirty, sticky floors in the room, 1/2 of the amenities were missing.. for such price u can go elsewhere and find a much prettier and better equipped room

Not very clean or helpful.

There was only one parking pass (we had two cars with us) Only 3 bracelets for the pool (there were 10 of us) When we asked the lobby they said we had to let the rental company know (Southern Vacation Rental) know to get us another pass and 7 more bracelets. I let the company know our first day they did not respond until our last day after we had been hassled all week. It took a security guard to call to get anything done. By then it was 3pm on our last day. Pointless. The floors were so dirty I had to purchase floor cleaner and mop the floors. Please note I understand the concrete outside is dirty and it gets tracked in but the very first day they should have been clean. My little nephew who is special needs still crawls, his hands and pants were filthy. Someone's used soap was in the master shower. The griddle was covered in freeze and has to be scrubbed. Just disappointed, as many fees as we pay the place is not cleaner. Will not rent from this company again.

Great location to beach and po

This property is great for two families. It was very clean and roomy. It is within walking distance to many restaurants. The beds were comfortable. Just so you know: When they say they only provide one day worth of essentials, this is true. Make sure to buy coffee, coffee filters, salt and pepper, anything you need. They did provide a bar of soap, two dishwasher pods and two trash sacks but that is basically it. We flew in so there was a lot of things we ended up throwing away since we couldn’t take it home with us. Also, on floor 1 in building b there is a bin for sand toys, so before you go buy a bunch, check there first. All in all it was a wonderful trip! We would book this place again.

Dry and dishwasher did not work. Did not have enough bands for our party. Floors had not been mopped

I would not rent again. Property management was terrible at responding. The response to the Appliances being broken was that they were contacting the owner. They did nothing for our stay. This was a big inconvenience for us. And this unit was not as advertised. I would not recommend this unit or any unit managed by Southern vacation rentals. We should be refunded some of our money. Because we paid a lot of money for a unit that wasn’t as advertised.
