We are a 2 bedroom, 1 bunkroom, plus queen size sleeper sofa, 2 bath condo with all the luxury you'd desire from a 5-star resort plus more. Sleeps 4 adults & 4 kids comfortably. This condo at Waterscape is one of the top most highly desired places on the gulf coast. It’s BEACHSIDE with family friendly amenities like any top resort featuring two hot tubs, on-site tiki-hut for food and beverages, multiple pools with waterfalls, a heated pool, lazy river, waterslide, shuffle board, pool-side grilling- toddler pool/splash pad. As for the beach, you will have access to complimentary beach service with 2 chairs and an umbrella to assist in claiming your spot in the sand. (Seasonal - March - October)

Nature lovers are in for a treat – our local marine life puts on quite a show! Whether you're collecting seashells at sunrise or watching the sky turn spectacular colors at sunset, every day brings new coastal delights.

We're perfectly situated to make the most of beach life. When hunger strikes after a day in the sun, take a quick walk to Stewby's – the area's absolute best seafood shack. Their famous food and key-lime pie are a must-try that keeps our guests coming back! Did I mention that AJ's is right across the street as well. They have the areas best food and drink as well as fun evening events each night of the week. On site, during March-October we have at our facility - Fudpucker's snack shack next to the zero entry pool. This will keep you well hydrated and fed throughout the day.

We've thought of everything to make your beach days effortless – providing beach chairs, umbrellas, and coolers for your convenience. The kitchen is perfect for vacation basics and quick meals when you're not exploring the amazing local restaurants.

Waterscape is a family favorite, and this unit was just what we needed for a fun and relaxing stay. The location was great, the listing was exactly as described, and everything was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with supplies. The new wristbands were a bit finicky and tended to come undone easily, especially when the kids were playing. We had a wonderful week despite the resort and beach being a bit crowded—totally expected during fall break. Overall, a great experience and we’d definitely stay here again!

Coastal and charming beachfront condo with all the amenities you need for a perfect stay. Very clean, and spacious. Condo entrance is close to parking which was nice. Large balcony overlooking the pool with some beach views. Gretchen was very quick to respond to any questions I had and is super sweet. Location is great too! Would definitely recommend!

Our family spent the week here while in town for a dance competition. The place worked perfectly for us. Very clean and spacious condo. The pools and the beach were great for the kids. Near many excellent restaurants and shops. Owners were great to deal with. Highly recommend.

Absolutely loved the property!! Absolutely loved the room!! The host was quick to respond to any questions we had!!! She thought of everything! Sand toys for kiddos, a list of nearby stores, restaurants, pharmacies etc. Our stay was smooth and we had everything we needed! Someone even stopped by our first night to make sure we didn’t need a pack and play for our little one. We will definitely stay here again!! Decor was beautiful and we did not want to leave!!

Perfect family condo

This unit was one of the cleanest rental condos that we have stayed in. We have stayed at Waterscape several times and love the condo and area. This unit was the cleanest one we have stayed in. The owner of the unit was incredible to work with. She was very responsive and accomodating. The location of this unit is great. The entry door is right off of the parking garage so it is quick and easy to get to and from your vehicle. The stairs/elevators are closw by to be able to get down to the pools and beach. Thank you for a great say!

Spring break in the Sunshine State

Husband and I took our kiddos (9, 7, 4 years old) for spring break. The resort itself was amazing for kids of all ages. Splash pad area for the littles, a zero entry pool, lily pad area, and for cooler nights a very warm heated pool…oh and two hot tubs! The condo was great! Our kids enjoyed the sleeper sofa or second bedroom (for the tv at night). Our oldest has to try the bunks a few nights though! Kitchen was accommodating and even had a crab leg cracker (which was great for Stewbys a couple nights)! Beach and loungers were great as well! Overall wonderful time! Thanks for a great stay!

Everything you could want

Searching for a condo is overwhelming. There are so many to choose from. We made a great choice with this one. This was the most personal rental I’ve experienced. I had direct phone and text interaction with Gretchen. She was so accommodating. You park in a covered garage steps from the unit. That was hugely helpful. The condo is decorated perfectly. The pool was great and the beach as well. We arrived to some goodies from the owner, and I thought the bag of ice in the freezer was a thoughtful touch as well. I was also delighted that you can see the ocean from the balcony. We had a great time with our 13, 11, and 7 year old. Five stars here.

Second time back and amazing as ever!!!

We loved this condo unit and the Waterscape resort so much last year we came back for a second year in a row! We don’t get to travel often so don’t typically visit the same place or at least switch up the room/resort we stay at, but we were so impressed and satisfied from our visit last year that when we saw this was still available for our dates we had to book again! The condo was the perfect size for our group of 4 adults and 4 kids. This unit is clean, with beautiful decor, supplied all the appliances and other things we needed, and a stunning view with a straight shot of the entire pool area with the beach peeking through was icing on the cake! With young kids the amentities this resort offers can’t be beat. Between the multiple pools, tiki hut, and direct access to the beach there is almost no reason to leave haha! We did force ourselves to venture out to Destin Harborwalk for a sunset dolphin cruise one evening and try some fun spots for dinners, but could have spent every second (which we practically did) just at the resort. Gretchen has been wonderful with communication for both trips and was always very quick and happy to answer any questions. I obviously can’t say enough positive things about our stay, so just a big thank you to the owners for a wonderful experience both times! We will surely be back 😊

Our property is a hidden gem. It's fully updated. Catch your best tan with full sun all day on our balcony. Our location in the building, we believe is the best because of the position, offering protection from some gusty winds on those rainy or stormy days. Many times, we are still able to sit outside and enjoy the outdoors. We also think we have THE BEST location because of the parking. When you park, you are virtually steps away from our condo, making it SO wonderful for those that may be challenged by walking long distances, or for families with small kids that want to transition from the car to the living space quite quickly. It also makes quick grocery runs easy and slick! We absolutely cannot wait for you to experience our place.
