The Space:

With three bedrooms and a bunk area for the kids, three full bathrooms and one half-bath, and an open-concept social area with a private walkout patio with outdoor patio furniture, this spacious condo has everything you could want for a perfect family vacation! This beautiful condo is decorated in coastal blues and greens. The kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bakeware are provided to complete and serve meals. The dining area has a large farmhouse-style table with seating.



The primary bedroom boasts a view straight to the ocean, a king bed, and a spacious en suite bath with a garden tub and a stand-up shower. The second bedroom also has amazing Gulf views with a queen bed and a private bath. The third bedroom has two twin beds and private bath as well. There’s a cozy bunk area near the entry door with twin bunks, and a centrally located half-bath by the bunk and kitchen area. There is a laundry closet in the entry hallway with a stackable washer/dryer for your convenience.



Things to Know





All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the

RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory

for access to all Waterscape amenities.

Please note:

● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.

● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.

● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests

and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants

count toward max occupancy regardless of age

● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to

receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay

● A $50 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are

lost or not returned at checkout.

● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands

● Wristbands are not required for beach access

Perfect for our family

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The resort was perfect for our two year old grandson and the room location made it easy for our seven month old twins to get to the beach. It was everything we hoped for.

Perfect location

The condo was beautiful and the unit could not have been any more convenient. This must be best unit in the whole complex. Right on the beach, easy access to everything and a grass area where my kids could go out to chase butterflies and play catch.

This place is great! We have stayed there two years in a row. Located right on beach easy access to the pool. Kids love it!! The only down about the property is the right sink in master and master tub do not drain. I have told them about this both years we have stayed there. It really needs to be fixed. We love waterscapes!!

As perfect as it gets!

We will be back, without a doubt! We’ve stayed a lot of places but this was the the closest to perfect we’ve ever come. The location to the pool, beach and restaurants was incredible. We only got in the car twice all week. Our 2 & 3 year olds loved the splash pad area and playground. We loved the gym and bars within walking distance. The white, soft sand and calm clear water were just amazing. We have zero complaints! I highly recommend this specific condo to anyone.

Not very accuate

We arrived in the parking garage (where there is 1 handicapped space that is ALWAYS occupied) and the stink of cigarettes and trash was overwhelming. When you enter the building, you are met with a dark and dank hallway that smells like nasty old fish and body odor. You must take at least 200 steps from the parking garage to enter the front of the unit (which is not easy with 2 small kids or anyone with a handicap). The unit was dirty...gum in the toilets, brown gunk on the shower floors, and all of the toilets have stains and need to be replaced. The only positive was the access to the beach. When you get to the beach, there is a fight for chairs (even in November). They actually made my husband (an amputee) get up from his beach chair to give it to someone else that was staying at the facility because we weren’t wearing wristbands (we were told from the front desk that they weren’t needed during this time of the year and we were not given them anyways). As for the heated pools, that is false. The pools were freezing and ice cold the whole time.
