Renovated-Gulf Views-Pet Friendly-Booking Fall and Winter Dates - Great Rates!

Welcome to “I Sea Blue”!!! It is a newly renovated beach home with all new furnishings.

Inside “I Sea Blue” our guests will enjoy open living areas along with efficient sleeping quarters. There is a nice front porch where you can take in the view and enjoy the breeze. The front door opens to the living room where there is a sofa and chairs with a television for relaxing. Off the living room is the kitchen and dining area.

The kitchen has beautiful cabinetry and new stainless steel appliances and quartz counter tops. It is fully stocked with pots and pans, cutlery, dishes etc. to make any dinner preparation as easy as possible. There is a small breakfast bar dividing the kitchen from the dining room. From the dining room there are 2 doors one that leads to the back yard patio and another to the carport area.

All bedrooms are down the hall and can sleep 6-8 people comfortably. There are two queen size beds, a bunk bed set with 2 full double beds. There are two full bathrooms. One bathroom has a shower/bathtub combination. The other is a shower only.

It's a quick walk to the white sands and emerald waters of the beach, just cross the street and you are there! Upon arriving back to the house from the beach, there is an outdoor shower in the backyard to rinse away the salt and sand.

The backyard has a patio with grill with large table and chairs. The grill is connected to natural gas supply so no worry about switching tanks. The backyard has a privacy fence making it great if traveling with young children or pets.

Speaking of traveling with young children, at the end of block is a nice city playground. There are pickleball courts, a basketball court, and playground equipment. So if a change of pace is needed check it out.

If you don't feel like cooking, guests have several dining options within walking distance (within a mile of house): Killer Seafood.

For indoor entertainment there is 50" Roku TV in he main living area with another Roku TV in the master bedroom. Both TVs are connected to the Wi-Fi network for streaming. We offer free YouTube TV account for use while staying at the house. Wi-Fi is available (bring your laptop or favorite tablet to stay connected with friends and family).

Absolutely wonderful!

This was a really great property to stay at. It was a very short walk to the beach (less than 5 minutes). There were very nice pots/pans, dishes, and kitchen supplies which was very pleasant to work with (several properties we've stayed at in the past have very abused/old/scratched supplies). We were very pleased and enjoyed our stay immensely!

The best Coconut that ever fell from an Acorn tree!

2nd time staying here. Will do it again. Great location across the street from the city Pavilion and easy beach access. Have a dinner pick nick and watch the sun-set.

Great house for beach get away!!

The chck-in process was flawless. The house was updated and very clean. The kitchen is very welk equipped and the large fenced on backyard was great for the four legged babies. The beach was beautiful white sand and the water seethrough. I would highly recommend this house.

Great location and house

The location is great. A short walk across the street and you are at the beach. The house is close to a beach access that has outdoor showers and a covered picnic area that looks brand new. The house was very new looking and clean. We have a family of 4 and the 3 bedrooms and 2 baths was perfect. The house is as advertised.

The Perfect Vacation

Our stay this past week was amazing! The home was perfect for our group and perfectly located across from the beach. The public beach access has showers and bathrooms. The home has been nicely renovated and is a very short walk to the beach. Huge, fenced back yard. Very clean and well-supplied with cooking necessities and dishware. Everything on one level was nice for my mother and my aging dog. Rooms are spacious and furnishings are clean and comfortable. Definitely recommend this one!

Home Away from Home

This was our second stay at this property for our annual girls trip with our grandmother. The house is wonderful, neat, and clean. We love it! We were a super short walk away from the beach. We enjoyed being able to cook a full breakfast in the mornings in the awesome kitchen with a dining table big enough for our group of 7. We were able to wash our clothes in the provided washer and dryer prior to our trip home. All in all a super enjoyable experience. Highly recommend staying here! We certainly hope to again soon. :)

We have family that live in the Panama City area. While visiting them they introduced us to Mexico Beach. We fell in love with the little beach town. The beaches are beautiful and it is so relaxing. No hustle and bustle here. Just come and relax. This made us start our search for a little piece of heaven, a beach house.

Why they chose this property

We love the location of the home, close to city park for our young children and view of water. Also knowing that the view shouldn't change along the beach due to public pavilion. Lastly, we were excited about taking this home and making it our own. It was in need of desperate improvements and repair at time of purchase.

What makes this property unique

Close to beach, city playground, and sunset park pavilion (just completely rebuilt) is across the street.
