About Micheline Vauvert
I am a retired doctor and I love cooking, reading, walking, listening to music, going to the theatre and to the cinema. I love dogs and cats. I also love to communicate on any subject and I love contact, simplicity and, laughing.
Micheline Vauvert purchased this Apartment in 2004
Why Micheline Vauvert chose La Pernelle
We bought this house to rent the first floor bedrooms as guest houses or as a Gite (as you wish) since they have a separate entry. Mainly for the relationship with others and also I have to admit to improve my retirement conditions :). My husband is still working. I love my region and the sea with its many types of scenery which are very well represented here in our Cotentin.
What makes this Apartment unique
The village is peaceful. Rented as a Gite (accommodated for the first time for Christmas 2012) it boasts a dining room, a living room and a kitchen close to the bedrooms. As a guest room, you will find comfortable beds which are very important for me and for the clients :). It is clean, well insulated and with separate entrance. The indoor pool is heated and has an outdoor shower. It is overlooked by the Health regional agency and has an outdoor access through some stairs.(conform to standards) At La Pernelle, the panorama is part of the Monument Historique list. The pool is covered and heated (since july 2015) which is a bonus. Open plan kitchen, dishwasher, and washing machine, fridge, freezer, and Senseo coffee maker as well as 12 standards cups, a toaster, etc.
