The house is extremely spacious and is located in a wonderful location high on the mountain and offering panoramic views of the city and the forest. With 10.000 m2 of land and 350 m2 of construction it is possible to enjoy the tranquility and quiet in the middle of nature and in a safe place.
With 5 full suites (all with balcony, carpet, closet and bathroom with gas heated shower), it is perfect for family trips with guaranteed privacy for everyone!
In addition, it has a large living room with balcony, bar, fireplace and card table. dining room, kitchen and large kitchen, outdoor area with barbecue, pizza oven and deck. Ample parking and patio for over 6 cars and a wonderful garden for hiking.
You can enjoy the best of the tranquility of the countryside just 15 minutes by car from the city center.
It will be a great pleasure to receive you in my house, I will not be available personally, but at home homemade to assist guests at any time. I will be available 24 hours by mobile and email.
The neighborhood is very close to the city center, yet extremely quiet and safe, full of trees. Extremely beautiful!
