Enjoy breathtaking views and easy access to Beaver Lake with the convenience of being located just 9 miles from the charming town of Eureka Springs. Our Beaver Lake home can host two families with 2 levels of living space, each with fully equipped gourmet kitchens, and 2 large living room areas for relaxing. This Ozark hideaway can sleep up to 9 with 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 ½ baths.

The main entrance located upstairs welcomes you with mountain top views of Beaver Lake, a large open living area with large screen TV equipped with DirecTV and a wood burning fireplace. The master suite is located on this floor complete with a King bed, Jacuzzi tub, separate shower, and double sink vanity. The beautifully decorated dining room seats 8 with access to a spacious outdoor deck complete with gas grill and patio furniture.

The lower level hosts 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths with a large recreational area with pool table and bar, complete living area with large screen TV equipped with DirecTV, full modern kitchen, and a dining table for 8. 2 bedrooms have queen size beds and 1 bedroom has a trundle bed with 1 full and 1 twin mattress.

1 ½ miles to Starkey marina with boat launch, boat, and dock rental

Located 9 miles from Eureka Springs and 30 miles from Rogers

Parties & Events: We do not allow parties or other special events at our vacation rental. The minimum fee is $500 for any unauthorized event that we find out about after the fact. We reserve the right to deny occupancy to any group who has an unauthorized party or event at the rental home. There will be no refund of rent or other taxes and fees for unauthorized event

Wonderful retreat

This home was perfect for my wife and I. We stayed the weekend to get away from normal life business. The pool table and downstairs provided a get away for us to play games and hang out till it was time to cook dinner. The upstairs kitchen had all the amenities to fix a four course meal.

Excellent in every way

This was our second time at this beautiful home. It essentially has 3 master suite areas. Perfect for 3 couples. It also has two living areas and two kitchens. Which allows for space to do two different type of activities at a time. The men watched tv in the basement and the ladies visited upstairs. Plenty of room for game nights and other fun activities. We will be back again next year.

Peaceful

Very nice house with tasteful decor. Our stay was quiet and restful. Only con, cellphone connection was next to none and WiFi was slow but wouldn’t stop us from staying again, thank you:)

This property has it all! The location is great for all adventures, whether on the lake, in town, or just some peace and quiet. Serene views, relaxing on the deck or in the hot tub. Great family time around the fire pit. The best stocked VRBO I have ever stayed in. Great living rooms for movie night, and very comfortable beds. Kelly was quick to respond to any of our questions. 5 stars all the way!

Family getaway

We had a great time spending time with our family, and the house has a lot of potential. However, it could use some updates and maintenance attention. The carpet is very worn and stained, and really needs to be replaced. The twin bed had visible stains on the mattress and didn’t have any sheets. It was also very difficult to pull the twin trundle out from under the full-sized bed due to limited space, making it essentially unusable.We found an air mattress in the closet but had no pump available—after trying to inflate it with a hair dryer, it went flat within 30 minutes. Several light bulbs were either out or completely missing, and the dryer had a large hole inside the drum that damaged towels during use. The lawn was also overdue for mowing, and the downstairs shower had mold growing around the door.Both coffee makers were extremely slow, taking over an hour to brew a single pot. The upstairs unit also leaked while in use.With some repairs and a little upkeep, this house could be a much more comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Horrible experience. I live in Missouri and am getting married next month so 5 of my closest friends flew in to celebrate with me and we rented this property for the weekend. The day of, we drove 2 hours here just to be locked out of the house with an incorrect door code. Then we spent 4 hours sitting outside on the phone with VRBO because the host wasn’t responding to our messages. VRBO couldn’t get a hold of the host either and there were no rooms available for 40 miles. We had to cancel the whole weekend and drive home at midnight.

Great Place

Awesome place to stay, especially with teenagers. It was relaxing with a beautiful view. The pool table and board games kept the teenagers entertained when we were at the house. Definitely will be back.

Beautiful home, very clean. Laid out thoughtfully. Perfect for multiple couples or families. We had 8 adults (4 couples). Two had small babies. The layout was absolutely perfect. We had one guest in a wheelchair and we were able to access the main floor with ramps through the garage.loved it!

Exceeded expectations

We were surprised that the layout of the house is actually like two houses in one! Master bedroom and bath, living room, dining room, kitchen on the entry floor, then three bedrooms, bathrooms, den, full kitchen, and game room on the bottom floor. It worked perfectly for my group! The beautiful Christmas tree made us feel welcome!!

Beautiful property

This house was amazing! Very spacious with a large deck on the back. A great place to stay for multiple families as everyone had their own space and own bathroom allowing everyone to have their privacy. Lots of seating areas for visiting. Owner was very responsive when we had a question either by the website or through text during our stay. You will not be disappointed!

Perfect Oasis!

This home was perfect for our needs! We met several friends of ours from different parts of Missouri to ride the motorcycles in the beautiful Ozark Mountains. The house was a lot larger than we anticipated, but perfectly appointed for our extended weekend. We enjoyed breakfast each morning there at the house, then after being on the bikes all day, we'd return for dinner and play pool downstairs. We really enjoyed reminiscing and catching up on the back deck. We were super grateful that the garage was able to house all five bikes and a vehicle during the storm that occurred while we were in town! An all-in-all perfect weekend, largely due to the wonderful accommodations we booked.

Wonderful lake view stay

Gorgeous property. We liked playing on the pool table and watching the ncaa championship. Had a full kitchen in the basement with lots of seating. Was more like 2 houses in one. Very comfortable stay. Lots of baby deer around along with great sunset views.

The Perfect Place

My family spent Christmas at this beautiful property and had a wonderful time. Santa had no trouble at all finding the chimney at this lovely home. As to the particulars, the house is in excellent condition and beautifully furnished. It’s spacious enough for families to be comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds and linens were great. We appreciated that every switch was labeled. It just makes things so much easier. There’s also a binder with lots of good information and brochures for local attractions. During our stay, we especially enjoyed the hot tub, pool table, and the fire pit. It also should be stated that the owner, Kelly, is an excellent host. I had questions before we arrived and received a quick response. She is very accommodating to your needs. I can’t say enough good things about our experience. Highly recommend!
