Some snorkel gear is available but all water sports equipment can be rented nearby (surfboards, paddleboards, kayaks, etc.). This is one of the few safe warm water swim beaches in the area - great for morning and evening strolls or that morning workout.
The home is extremely safe and private with the HOA's 24/7 manned security and double gated entrance. A golf cart with crate bed is included for access to over 8 eateries and a market within the Palmilla resort as well as the beach (no sand use).
