Tastefully decorated adjoining farmhouse in a recent very pleasant and secure residence with beautiful, well-maintained green spaces.

The accommodation is composed of:
* Beautiful terrace of 20 m2 protected by a blind and where you can relax on the deckchairs
* Access to the swimming pool of the residence open from the beginning of May to the end of September
* baby chair and cot
* Living room with kitchenette and living room with sofa bed
* 2 double bedrooms

IDEAL SITUATION:
- fine sand beach at 400m - good standing
Very beautiful region to visit near Bormes les Mimosas (1km), 25 km from St Tropez and 20 km from HyĂšres, not to mention the golden islands of Porquerolles and Port Cros. The shops are very close and very close a pleasant leisure park with mini-golf and games for children. Golf, archery and tennis.
Large Provencal market on Thursdays 5 minutes from the farmhouse, but many others nearby. The mild climate will enchant you in winter and enjoy the Christmas markets, the santon fair in December as well as the many festivities in the region all year round (program on the Lavandou site).

Maisonnette conforme à la description. Idéale pour un couple avec 2 enfants .La plage est située à proximité et les commerces également. On peut tout faire à pieds..L'endroit est paisible et bien agréable. Nous avons passé un bon sejour au Lavandou

En conflit avec Abritel et M. Dubost l'hote pour un prélevement de 100 indu et sans mon accord pour le ménage, j'attends le remboursement . Si je n'obtiens pas gain de cause, j'userai de tous les recours à ma disposition. Et probablement que n'utiliserai plus Abritel!

Das Haus ist eher spartanisch eingerichtet, dennoch waren wir nun das zweite Mal dort. Es hat alles was wir fĂŒr einen Urlaub mit 3 Kids brauchen. Kaffeemaschine, Waschmaschine, Reisebett, SpĂŒlmaschine alles top! Der Ort an sich ist traumhaft schön und das Wetter wie erwartet prima! Die Terrasse liegt durch die Bepflanzung schön schattig. Drinnen ist es zu fĂŒnft etwas eng, stört und aber nicht. Wir waren die meiste Zeit draußen. Der Pool ist top gepflegt und sehr groß! Der Parkplatz ist nur ein paar Meter vom Haus und liegt unter einer Pinie, das Auto steht also die meiste Zeit im Schatten. Alles in Allem hatten wir eine schöne und entspannte Zeit dort. Gerne wieder!

TrÚs bon séjour

Le mazet est tres bien situé, dans une jolie résidence proche de la mer. La terrasse est bien ombragée et sans vis à vis. Notre séjour était parfait !

Au centre d'une belle region : le lavendou

TrÚs beau sejour fin mai , periode propice aux visites et aux déplacements car peu de touriste a cette periode. Le lavendou est a proximité de nombreux sites touristiques et la location est assez proche de la mer (5 min a pieds) dans un endroit calme. La location dispose de tout le matériel necessaire avec une terasse mi ombragée propice au repas et aux repas en exterieur. Remise et reprise des clés bien gérée et loccasion de faire le point sur le sejour avec une personne bien sympathique et flexible sur les heures. La piscine est un plus, belle douche dans la location.

Kleiner Schlafraum und Toilette im EG, davor kleiner, recht dunkler Aufenthaltsraum mit gut ausgestatteter KĂŒche. Schmale, steile Treppe zum Dachgeschoss mit Kinderzimmer und Duschbad. Dachfenster nicht zu öffnen. Bad frisch renoviert. FĂŒr die angegebenen sechs Personen ist mir die Unterkunft nicht vorstellbar.

Schöne Lage

Das Objekt hat eine schöne Terrasse. Im Haus ist alles, was man braucht, vorhanden. Schöner Pool, Meer und Zentrum ist schnell erreichbar FĂŒr GepĂ€ck ist etwas wenig Platz. Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen.

Das Haus liegt in einer sehr gepflegten ruhigen Wohnanlage in Gehentfernung zum Strand.

Die Wohnanlage war im Juni sehr sauber und gepflegt. Man wurde morgens vom Vogelgezwitscher geweckt. TagsĂŒber hörte man sehr wenige GerĂ€usche, die vom naheliegenden Pool ausgingen, der allerdings auch nicht zum Toben ausgewiesen ist.

Un gĂźte propre, trĂšs bien agencĂ©, avec tout le nĂ©cessaire pour des vacances sereines. SituĂ© dans une rĂ©sidence sĂ©curisĂ©e, avec piscine, calme et proche du centre. Bref 2 semaines idylliques. Location conforme à l’annonce

Parfait la maison est située à 10 minutes à pied de la plage et un hypermarché est à proximité. Le logement est bien équipé en vaisselle et nous avons apprécié la grande piscine et la terrasse ombragée sans vis à vis

Entspannter Aufenthalt in Le Lavandou

Wie beschrieben liegt die Wohnung nur 500 Meter vom Strand. In die Stadt ist es auch nicht weit und es gibt einen BĂ€cker in 400m Entfernung. Jeden Donnerstag ist um die Ecke ein großer Markt auf dem es fast alles gibt. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und bemĂŒht das alles in Ordnung ist.

situation proche plage et commerce tres appreciable lorsque l on est à pied. Logement bien équipé .Belle petite terrasse pour les repas exterieurs Nous avons déploré l état des oreillers et du linge de lit. qui sera corrigé nous l espérons pour les prochains occupants. La situation Covid doit conduire à une hygiene appropriée.
