Extra charge for using heat at a ski resort

Apartment is in a great location, central to town and ski slopes. There is no linens or towels , and the owner says you can rent separately fromHis host but that isn’t true. Left us scrambling to buy basic essentials after traveling around the entire world for a ski trip. Upon Leaving we cleaned the apartment deeply , met the host and returned the keys. A week later we were surprised with a cleaning fee, for “using the heat”. Do you expect your guests at a ski resort to freeze all week? If you need to increase your prices to account for heating that is fine up front , but to try to add that fee on after the fact is asinine. I disputed the cleaning fee as I have clear pictures of how nicely we left the apartment. For anyone staying in the future , it is a lovely location, but be prepared to be nickel and dimed after your stay , and make sure you bring your own towels sheets pillowcases and blankets because despite the owner saying you can acquire them, you cannot.

Appartement avec une très belle vue, très propre. Rien de manque, (raclette, jeux ect.. tout est conforme au descriptif. Très appréciable le garage en sous sol. Très bons contacts avec le propriétaire. Je recommande vivement cette location, vous ne serez pas déçu.

Très bien situé, proche des pistes et des commerces,l'appartement est très agréable, très propre, et les couchages sont confortables.De plus,l'équipement est complet:rien ne manque,des jeux de société aux appareils à fondue et raclette. Le garage en sous-sol est appréciable.Tout est conforme aux indications du propriétaire. Nous y avons passé une excellente semaine.

Excellent séjour !

Je recommande vivement cet appartement car très propre et très bien équipé. Très bien situé au coeur de la station. La communication au niveau de la location est très claire de la part du propriétaire.
