One of a few 5***** villas, in a high class residential area, directly to the crystal clear waters of the lagoon with beautiful ocean view.
Within 150-400 yards you find the town of St. François, with supermarkets and lots of small shops. You also find the Marina with many small restaurants and bars and opposite the villa you find the Golf Club of St. François.
Nearby you find a lot of activities like horse riding, fishing, hiking, all kinds of water sport, and parachuting.
The villa is provided with 4 bedrooms with private bathrooms. 2 King Size beds, 4 single beds and 1 sofa bed. 1 guest toilet. All bedrooms with Air Condition.

Kitchen fully equipped.
Living room with large flat screen TV, telephone, ADSL & Wi-Fi connections and Blue Tooth Home Cinema.
Villa amenities include a large outdoor furnished terrace with sundeck. Private secured swimming pool, Spa and gas barbecue.

Why they chose this property
We were concerned with the lack of prestigious and upscale villas, so in 2006 we turned our attention to this opportunity, which had been discovered by our clients and arose due to the closure of a luxury hotel in Saint-François, Guadeloupe.

The five villas were given a 5-star rating (the highest level of classification) by the Ministry of Tourism and Atout France.
Every time guests visit, we always love to show them the view of the Saint-François lagoon, which changes colour throughout the day. You can also use the canoes and paddle boats in front of the beach at no extra charge to really enjoy this beautiful body of water.
