Beautiful home with private pool at the Indian Palms Country Club Resort. Fantastic fairway and mountain views complete an endlessly tranquil and private setting! Being on a huge lot there is a feeling of relaxation away from it all. Outdoor area has ample seating and lounging with gas BBQ and misters around the patio. Inside there is a king size bed in the Master Suite and a queen bed in guest bedroom 1, and a twin with a pull out trundle bed in Bedroom 2. Bedroom 2 also makes a great office space should you be working away from home for the winter. There is a brand new 60' smart TV in the living area and WiFi, cable TV and telephone are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need. Linens are provided. It is only minutes from the El Paseo shopping district, countless high end restaurants, walk in eateries, daily shopping, the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway, the California Living Desert and many nice Casinos. It is walking distance from the Polo Grounds and oh, don't forget, Golf, Golf, Golf !! The desert has 100's of courses to try should you feel the need to venture out of the 27 holes available on site. Monthly renters also have access to the Lifestyle Center with Olympic heated pool, spa, tennis, gym and classes. There is a driving range and practice areas too. Also a pro available for lessons. Friendly people, entertainment, a fun bar and restaurant with good food and great prices. Just a wonderful place to vacation or spend the whole winter! 31 day rental only. Indio resort stay

We really enjoyed our stay in Indio for the month of January 2023. The house was very nice. Half of the garage was available to park our car. The back patio area is very nice with a great view of the pool/hot tub, golf course and the mountains in the distance. There are no houses directly behind the place, so it feels quite private. There are neighbors on each side, but we were never bothered. We did not pay to heat the pool, but we did make use of the big hot tub. The house was nicely laid out. All the appliances worked well. There was a good-sized smart TV in the living area. Cable was available but we also brought our own firestick to access our online subscriptions. This was a working vacation for my husband. The internet was good and adequate for our use. The master is at the back of the house overlooking the back yard. The king bed is comfortable. There is a large master bath attached to the bedroom with a walk-in shower. The second and third bedrooms are in the hallway that leads to the laundry room and garage. The second bathroom is in the hallway by the bedrooms. It has a walk-in shower. The washer and dryer were in a separate laundry room off the garage. During our visit we made use of the resort facilities. There were very nice pickleball/tennis courts, a heated community pool/hot tub, and a workout facility. There was access to the golf course also but we did not use that. The owner’s communication was prompt and complete.

Great location for out of town work trip

We are glad we found this place, it was a great alternative to staying in a hotel for a month. Quiet and relaxing after a long work day and being able to bbq and enjoy the view and tranquility. House was clean and well supplied with everyday essentials.

Property was clean and well stocked .Property manager was easy to deal with. Pool was the big plus for us . We like the security gate entrance for safety . Very quiet neighborhood . Enjoyed are stay we wood definitely rent this lovely home again Thanks jeff and karin

Four friends purchased this property for a fun place to get away just a short drive from home. It is always like old home week when we get together and share good times with a glass of wine by the pool or a round of golf.

Why they chose this property

We spent a few days renting in Indian Palms and enjoyed the surroundings, golf and people so much that we wanted to have a place of our own.

What makes this property unique

Close to home, relaxing but still lots to do. The golf courses and restaurants in the area. The warm desert nights, beautiful mountain views. Playing golf in warm weather surrounded by snow capped mountains...pretty special
