The owners welcome you on your arrival in Bonifacio and accompany you to the rental. Documentation is available and we will advise you on the activities and visits to do to allow you to discover the region and make the most of your stay.<br>Baby equipment and childcare equipment provided on request (travel cot, baby sheets and blankets, booster seat, potty...)<br>Fully equipped kitchen (electric oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, fridge freezer, dishwasher, hob, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner.<br>Sofa, TV, CD player, DVD player, radio.<br>Wi-Fi Internet access, documentation on the city, the region (maps, maps and activities) provided on arrival to make the most of your stay.<br>Heating and air conditioning.<br>Bathroom with washing machine and hairdryer<br>Bed linen and linen (towels - tea towels) and beach umbrella provided.<br>Private parking<br>Outdoor facilities with terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, parasol.<br>Gated and secure residence.<br>Internal regulations:<br>- Arrival on site from 5 p.m.<br>- Departure no later than 10 a.m.<br>- Accommodation Instructions:<br>•Upon arrival, the landlord will give the tenant the keys and instructions relating to the accommodation.<br>• The rental is delivered in a perfect state of cleanliness, so it is requested that the latter be left in the same condition when the accommodation is returned.<br>• Cleaning fee: if the tenant does not wish to take care of the cleaning at the end of the stay, an additional 100 euros will be requested to be added to the rental price.<br>• The tenant expressly undertakes to vacate the accommodation by 10:00 a.m. and to hand over the keys to the landlord. An inventory of fixtures will be carried out with the landlord on the day of departure, so the rental must be in the same condition as when the tenants arrived.
