About this property

Pavilion at the seaside

Old fisherman's house or pleasure pavilion, this small house of the 1930s has kept an old and relaxing charm.

It is set back from the street (double glazing), with pergola, a shady garden suitable for two vehicles. It consists of two bedrooms, a kitchen, a shower room and a bathroom. Baby equipment (cot, bath, high chair) is provided on request.

Its interior configuration makes it a rather atypical and modest house, resulting from its antiquity. It is a very nice holiday resort.

Emplacement optimal pour cette maisonnette : à deux pas des commerces et proche de la plage, avec en plus un grand terrain pour garer les voitures. Une grande terrasse couverte bien agréable d’autant plus que nous avons eu une très belle semaine ensoleillée. L’équipement est très correct pour une location de vacances. La salle d’eau pour laquelle il faut passer par l’extérieur et la petite taille de la cuisine (il n’y a pas de salon) sont les deux points un peu négatifs. Très bonne communication avec l’hôte qui est réactif

Das Haus ist sehr niedlich und unkonventionell. Genau das mögen wir. Die Lage zum Strand, Markt und anderen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist optimal. Man benötigt eigentlich kein Auto vor Ort. Bei kühleren Temperaturen würde ein Aufenthaltsraum fehlen, aber wir konnten prima auf der überdachten Terrasse essen und Karten spielen.

Séjour de vacances d'été confortable

L'endroit est idéal pour une famille de quatre personnes souhaitant cuisiner à la maison dans un endroit proche de la plage (10 min à pied). Le marché est à seulement quelques pas. Benoît, l'hôte, était très serviable et sympathique. Un séjour reposant pour nous!

Nous avons apprécié la localisation de la maison par rapport aux commence et à la mer, mais la maison a besoin d'un bon rafraîchissement (voir propreté) et pas de contact d'accueil et de départ avec le propriétaire (tout se fait par message, très désolant.

Un séjour agréable trés proche des commerces. Location propre, bien équipée. Extérieur agréable pour prendre ses repas, et sans vis à vis. Parking assuré dans le jardin. Propriétaire très réactif et efficace en cas de besoin. Je recommande.

Maisonnette bien située

Points positifs : localisation idéale avec des enfants (proximité plage), commerces proches. Possibilité de se garer dans le jardin. Calme. Points à revoir : vaisselle (peu de couteaux par exemple et certains rafistolés avec du scotch). A noter qu'en cas de mauvais temps, pour une famille de 4, il semble compliqué de passer sa journée à l'intérieur (petite cuisine et pas d'espace salon). Maison plutôt prévue pour vivre à l'extérieur, sous la tonnelle qui est très agréable.

Danke für den tollen Urlaub.

Die Ferienwohnung halt was sie verspricht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut. Das WLAN ist nicht so super aber das war für uns nicht so entscheidend. Bäcker, Markthalle und Supermarkt sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Pornichet ist ein toller Urlaubsort und wir waren sicher nicht das letzte Mal dort.

Ferienhaus mit Charme.

Ein außergewöhnliches, sehr gut gepflegtes Ferienhaus: schmal und lang, alle Zimmer liegen hintereinander. Aber es hat Charme. Ein paar Fotos an den Wänden von der früheren Nutzung als Fischerhaus würde diesen positiven Eindruck noch unterstützen. Wunderbar ist die überdachte Laube mit Weinranken. Toll ist die Lage: kurze Fußwege zum Ortskern mit Markthalle und Strand. Das Auto kann auf dem Grundstück geparkt werden. Empfehlenswert!
