Independent studio of 27 m² with 12 m² terrace facing south, fully equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, etc.), very quiet in a Provençal country house, in the heart of a large landscaped garden with swimming pool. Without vis-à-vis, calm and lulled by the song of the cicadas. 5 km from the Calanques National Park, 30 minutes from Marseille, Aix-en-Provence and Bandol.
Possibility of excursions on a private 11-meter sailboat with skipper and or 2-seater kayak

Schöner Garten…

Pool und Garten sehr gepflegt, Ausstattung der Küche recht mau. Das Bett ist durchgelegen und ziemlich unbequem. Leider war direkt vor der Haustür eine wahnsinnig laute Straßenbaustelle. Wir wollten deswegen die zweite Woche stornieren, der Vermieter ließ uns aber abblitzen. So konnten wir den Garten und Pool nicht wirklich nutzen. Am letzten Baustellen-freien Tag hat der Vermieter dann Rasen gemäht, auch nicht gerade charmant.

Une bulle de bonheur et de sérénité.un propriétaire discret et au top !🙏.nous avons passer une semaine de déconnexion totale ainsi que notre petit ébène (Chihuahua) qui à bouder le retour... Une grande reconnaissance et un grand merci au propriétaire qui a bien voulu accueillir notre petit ébène.une adresse que l'on garde précieusement.dommage que l'on ne puisse pas suspendre le temps.nous reviendrons !!! En 1 seul mot PARADIS 💕
