An experience

Our telephone calls were not answered when we arrived at the property. It was necessary to walk to the owners address to obtain access to the apartment. A lady took us to the apartment and gave us helpful information. We never did meet the owner Robert T. Being on the top floor we were plagued with seagulls on the roof at 03.00 every morning so a good nights sleep was impossible. The toilet was in a room no bigger than a cupboard with a large immersion heater directly over the toilet seat.

A l'arrivée l'appartement était très propre, très bien accueillis. Les équipements étaient parfaitement fonctionnels, attention la cafetière est une senseo.Dans la grande chambre, il faisait un peu chaud et très lumineux même si les stores sont fermés.La terrasse ont peut en profiter quand il fait pas trop chaud mais une très belle vue . Merci ce séjour agréable.

Très bien situé proche de la plage et des commerces en dehors du centre ville donc un peu plus calme mais pas besoin de prendre la voiture il y a ce qu'il faut à proximité

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung war sauber und der Blick von der Terrasse ist fantastisch, man blickt über den ganzen Stadt. Alles was man braucht ist in der Nahe, wunderschöne Strand, Zentrum und Casino. Anreise und Abreise haben super geklappt und wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Vielen herzlichen Dank an die Gastgeberin.

Bon emplacement

Les atouts de cet appart sont l'emplacement et la climatisation. L appartement est exigu et la mezzanine est faite uniquement pour les enfants comme précisé dans l annonce. Ne convient pas à des ados. La terrasse est un.plus mais avec les grosses chaleurs vous ne pouvez pas trop en profiter. Une modernisation serait souhaitable. Propriétaire très sympathique et accueillante.

Propriétaire tres gentille et réactive. Le logement est très bien, bien équipé et il y a tout ce qu’il faut. La terrasse est top. La plage n’est pas loin et la piscine est surveillée, Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances et on reviendra.

Appartement agréable et original. Accueil très chaleureux de la propriétaire.

Appartement agréable, spacieux, fonctionnel, grande terrasse très appréciable. Très pratique la présence du lave-vaisselle et du lave-linge. Bonne literie, on y dort bien. Climatisation vraiment appréciée, un vrai plus dans cet appartement très chaud en été. Propriétaire très accueillante et chaleureuse. Appartement bien situé, 5 minutes à pied (tout au plus) de la mer. Juste quelques suggestions : prévoir un petit rafraîchissement de l'appartement pour le mettre davantage en valeur, changer le fer à repasser qui est trop ancien. Sinon super séjour ! A noter que les goélands sont très présents au dessus de la résidence et au Grau du Roi en général. On les entend très tôt le matin. Bon à savoir pour les futurs vacanciers !
