The Condo:
Beautiful décor in 1900 square feet of living space, located on the fourth floor; furnished and equipped with all the comforts of home. Just bring your food and family! Features a remodeled kitchen, a dining room, and living room with roomy balcony facing the beach equipped with large smart TV with DISH, and DVD.

The Master bedroom has a king-size bed with a comfortable mattress, ocean views, an adjoining balcony; a remodeled master bath with private dressing area, walk in closet, and shower spa. The Master is equipped with a large smart TV. Décor is neutral and pleasing.
The Guest Master bedroom has ocean views and joins to the living room balcony, a queen- size bed, private bathroom with tub and shower, closet, and dressing area. It is equipped with a smaller TV. Décor is nautical blue.
Two twin beds are in the third bedroom adjacent to hall bathroom with lots of floor space for kids, and a smaller wall-mounted TV. Décor reflects beach colors of light blues, peach, and gray. The remodeled hall bath has a shower and tub.
All linens are provided. A washer and dryer/laundry room is near the kitchen.

The Towers:
Amenities of Navarre Towers are:: Geo-thermal heated pool, a multi-purpose/basketball court, a tennis court, a shuffleboard area, a grill area, and work out room. There are security gates to enter and exit the premises from the road and beach. The property is well-managed; many owners live on the property year-round and keep an eye on things.

The Beach:
Navarre Beach is a four- mile- long island with famous sugar –white sands, and blue-green ocean as far as the eyes can see. Gentle waves daily graced with dolphins showcase a beautiful and peaceful stretch of beach. Enjoy a family atmosphere, and an unhurried pace and peaceful serenity.
Beach service - rental chairs and lounges- is available by V.I.P Beach Service- rates vary depending on season and business. Kayaking, windsurfing, jet skiing, and sail boating are available on Navarre beaches both on the Gulf and the Sound.

Navarre Beach is sandwiched between Santa Rosa Sound to the north, and eight miles of Gulf Islands National Seashore to the east and west, which is home to protected wild life. There is a road, walking and biking path that leads from Navarre, 17 miles through the Seashore, to Pensacola Beach. In the opposite direction is a 300 -foot- long public fishing pier- the longest in Northeast Florida. Also, Navarre is 10 minutes from the Gulf Breeze Zoo, 20 minutes from the Gulfarium, and 40 minutes to the National Naval Air Museum.
