New Rental Summerwind West

Come and take in the beauty of Navarre Beach from this three bedroom/two bath unit located on the 8th floor of Summerwind West. Enjoy time spent on the gulf front balcony watching the action on the Gulf's longest fishing pier. Featuring tile floors throughout, granite counters and stainless appliances in the kitchen, comfortable seating to enjoy the 65" TV in the living area, you will wish you never had to leave.
The master suite overlooks the Gulf of Mexico with access to the balcony, a king size bed, 55" TV, and private bath with walk in shower and double vanity. The second bedroom has a queen and a full-size bed, 50" TV, and access to the guest bath. The bunk room is great for kids and has two twin beds. The kitchen is fully-equipped for your convenience, and linens and bath towels are provided. There is also a full-size washer and dryer. Need a vacation? There is no better place to be than Navarre Beach!

We enjoyed our stay...

Pros: - View of the gulf from the unit is stunning - No elevator waiting - Location of unit is perfect for walks to the pier - Unit as pictured - Kitchen is stocked well for cooking Cons: - Unit was not cleaned from previous stay due to mis-communication between owners and cleaning services - Noise from above kept us up at night - Master bedroom has barn door with 2 inch gap all around it, does not help with sound or privacy - Needs new dryer, 2 cycles required on high to dry anything
