Back at the condo, you'll find a fully stocked kitchen, complete with a stove, oven, microwave, full-size refrigerator, beverage cooler and all the necessary appliances to whip up delectable meals. Unwind in the living room, with a 65" smart TV with DirectTv channels and streaming (with your own log-in) provides endless entertainment options. Smart TVs also in Queen and twin bedrooms.

Discover the area's top attractions, including the stunning Pensacola Beach, just a 10 minute drive west thru the Gulf Island National Seashore. Enjoy the convenience of free high-speed WiFi, a private, in unit, washer and dryer and access to the social/fitness room. For families, the property offers a portable crib, high chair, games, books, and toys to keep the little ones entertained.

There's a storage closet outside the front door for your use with beach chairs, umbrellas, beach cart, beach toys, etc. (key on dish in foyer). ALL sand must be washed off and items put back up neatly or there will be a $50 additional charge. The cleaners take before and after pictures. The condo is beautiful, close parking, very large pool with ample seating availability and easy, close access to the beach. Several great restaurants nearby as well as a short walk to the fishing pier.

Great condo in a great location

Lovely condo on 5th floor that overlooks the beach with easy accesss to it. It has a large circular balcony on which we spent a significant amount of time watching and listening to the surf. Cathy, our host, was incredibly responsive when we reched oit to hee to her with any questions.

Such a wonderful place to stay with our family of 7 which included our one year old granddaughter. Our host was wonderful and had a crib and a high chair provided for us! Beach view from every room and everything we needed for a perfect family vacation! We will stay here again for sure!

The unit was exactly as described. The complex has a great pool and beach access. There were 7 of us and found the property plenty spacious. The outdoor balcony is great for relaxing and meals. Everything was clean and well kept and I would definitely stay again.

Cathy was wonderful to work with and her place is perfect! Beds were comfy and plenty of leather furniture for our whole family to visit. Clean and decor was very nice. Plenty of beach toys in the closet too! The best part was the deck and furniture. You can’t beat the views. Highly recommend.

Fall Vaca

The condo was the perfect place for our family. My mom loves to go to Navarre in October each year. This is one of the most well stocked condos we have stayed in. Cathy shares her home with extra pillows, blankets and all of the beach equipment you could possibly need! We enjoyed the balcony with custom furniture that was extremely comfortable! Reuniting with old friends

Mrs. Poole's condo was the perfect place for a weekend getaway to reunite with special friends. We were sold on her balcony set up, and it did not disappoint. If you reserve a stay with Mrs. Poole, all you need to pack are your clothes and a toothbrush. She provided all the rest. From the comfy beds and blankets to the secured parking, our stay was a 10 out of 10. We would definitely reserve with her again!

Perfect Navarre Beach Condo

Clean, spacious, and comfortable condo with perfect views of the beach, pool, and outdoor grilling areas. It’s clear that Cathy spend the extra time and money on this condo as it has things that the others don’t like wooden patio furniture, plenty of kitchen gadgets, and leather couches. Fall break get away

Property was great and as advertised. The unit was well equipped with kitchen amenities, linens, starter supplies and as a bonus a closet full of beach stuff, even coolers. Next time we are leaving all that at home. Just bring your family and have fun. Cathy was so responsive and a pleasure to work with. She made the whole process so easy. No complaints here. Perfect Beach Stay for Family

This was a spring break trip for my family, of three kids plus my oldest's girlfriend. Everything was as advertised and then some. The unloading/loading was very easily done. The condos had more than enough carts and an unloading area for SUVs with roof attachments. There is a publix less than 10 minutes away and guick mart that is 4 minutes. There are also multiple restaruants that are well within walking distance.The view from the balcony is as advertised. While my youngest took naps I thoroughly enjoyed my view of the beach while I read my book. The condo also has so many little extras. There is a crib which was so much better than our pack and play. The beach closet is awesome. It has everything you need for the beach except sunscreen, drinks, and snacks. There are so many nice little things this unit has. You can tell the owner really understands a good beach visit.The unit is very well maintained the beds were great. There were six of us in total and there was plenty of room for us all. The pool is huge. My daughter loved the pool. The beach being so close was great for us having a little one. Would recommend this unit to anyone. Especially families where you are already cramming alot into the car. This unit just doesnt provide a location but a lot of the other things you need for a great beach trip.

Cathy and Greg are originally from Southern Indiana, but relocated to Pace, FL (outside of Pensacola) in 2000. Cathy retired as an IT Manager at the end of 2016 and Greg retired as a Postmaster in 2000. In March 2020, we bought our one-and-only rental property. Managing it has become our part-time jobs and we really enjoy meeting new people on this forum and letting them enjoy our dream condo right on The Gulf of Navarre Beach FL. Since this is our only rental, we try to pay attention to details. We hope you will enjoy and appreciate it as much as we do! WELCOME!

Breathtaking Turquoise/Emerald waters beachfront on the Gulf. White sand beaches, looks like a spoonful of sugar. Gorgeous beach-front and pool views from large circular private balcony. Dolphins are typically daily sightings. You might see the Blue Angels and/or Fat Albert do a fly-by periodically.

What makes this property unique

Private boardwalk has ramps on both ends for handicap accessibility.
Intense beach vibes on the inside of condo and all around outside with the spectacular water color: turquoise and emerald. Navarre Beach has a more relaxed environment than the surrounding beaches.
