Free WIFI, a washer / dryer, iron and ironing board, and paved parking are included for your convenience. All linens and towels are provided as well as a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, soaps and detergents.

Host requires the guest to sign a rental management agreement prior to allowing access to the unit. The agreement details our cancellation policy, terms and conditions. Must be 21 or older to reserve a cabin and person booking must be staying in the cabin.

We provide a starter supply of paper products, detergents and soaps and coffee filters. We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and there are no pantry items, spices, salt & pepper or coffee included - guests should bring these items.

This cabin is professionally managed by Elk Springs Resort Cabin Rentals in Gatlinburg, TN. We provide concierge service as well as dispatched maintenance and housekeeping should you need assistance during your stay. The location was perfect and the view was everything I hoped for. It was less than a 30 minute drive to all of the attractions in town. However, the cabin feels like you are the only ones on the mountain. We saw several black bears around the cabin, we didn't bother them and they didn't bother us.

Beautiful location

Perfect location if you enjoy being off the beaten path and enjoy seeing nature. We saw bears just about every single day and everything felt very secluded. House was a great size for us and our extended family. We felt cleanliness could have been a little better but we didn't let it deter us from still having a wonderful time. Would definitely book with this company again!

The grill was out of propane though and we had some issues with a few of the toilets. Also we could never figure out where the thermostat was for the bottom floor so it was really cold down there. We couldn't get the projector to stay on or the ice machine. But overall everyone had a great time we made smores and hot dogs on fire pit.

Heavenly Heights

The property was perfect for our family. The views were spectacular from all 3 decks. The fire pit was enjoyed and it was perfect. Everything we needed was in the house and there were plenty of kitchen essentials. Maintenance came within hours to fix an issue we had. Communication was excellent with the staff at Rlk Springs Resort. Would highly recommend Heavenly Heights for a wonderful time.
