The large boat dock, with one available to rent (TBA) for dimensions. It comes complete with a sundeck and a diving platform for the kids or the kid at heart!

Perfect Weekend Getaway for a Group!

A perfect fit for our group of 14. It was the perfect weekend getaway with plenty of space for everyone, an excellent downstairs kitchen that was well stocked with plenty of utensils and equipment for meal prep, and great access to the lake. The host helped set us up for a seamless arrival and weekend. Super easy check in, super simple check out. Highly recommend this location for your group events!

This home was a perfect size for our big group of friends and family. It made it a really special trip to all be under one roof. I loved how spread out the layout is. It made it so it never felt crowded. The outdoor seating was great and we really enjoyed having a dock and platform to jump off of. I would highly recommend this property!

Great weekend in the Ozarks

Celebrated a bachelor party here with 13 people. Enough space for everyone to crash, with a couple people using a couch/cot. Multiple fridges to hold all our food and drinks was a plus. The expansive deck space was was perfect for games, grilling, and getting a little shade. The dock was a fun spot to jump into the water. Would stay again.

Outdoor deck and boat dock are wonderful!

This was a great spot for my friends and their spouses to get together. The dock was a little rocky at peak lake times, but that's going to be mostly everywhere. And it's 100% better to have a dock than to not have one! Highly recommend this house!

The lake house was built in 1964 with the love of our parents for their 5 sons and their families to enjoy as a "get away" from the everyday workforce. My parents loved to entertain and wanted a home large enough to hold everyone under one roof; a place for reunions with relatives & friends, a place for grandchildren to bond together or bring their friends to enjoy a family fun weekend. Along with our parents, we hosted numerous corporate events for our family local fuel/oil distributorship business. Together we entertained our employees & staff with summer outings, meetings, BBQ’s and countless boat rides. Our families had hosted birthdays & graduation parties, engagement showers and numerous summer holiday events. This was our second home and together we all had built lasting memories in this house.
We are fortunate to have the advantage of spending countless summers fishing, skiing/wake boarding, boating, golfing & the women loved the lake area shopping. We discovered the best fishing coves, explored most all local tourist attractions and ventured every restaurant or nightclub in the lake area.
Young at heart, 50 years flew by. Our parents had passed, the business sold, somehow we grew older, our kids married, moved out of the area & started careers/families of their own. A new generation had created and it became difficult to get everyone together except for the major summer holidays. Instead of having the house sit empty, we decided to open the house as a rental for other families to enjoy and share.
Reflecting, our parents would want this home to be used and enjoyed by all and I know they would approve of this rental adventure. So welcome to our lake home! We hope you; your family and friends will enjoy endless summers the Lake of the Ozarks.

What makes this location different from others is the large private shaded deck with the panoramic lake front view. This is the focal point where everyone gathers together to meet & mingle with family & friends. The deck faces the lake & dock so you can watch the kids swim & do “cannon-balls” off the high dive platform. We have outdoor speakers surrounding the deck to enjoy your favorite tunes or ballgame and lakeside sitting for 30+ with a sunset view every night.
Inside the house we offer 2 living areas that you can separate with one group upstairs & the other group downstairs. The numerous bedrooms also come in handy when extra guests decide to stay over. It's a perfect location to entertain your family and guests
By land we are convenient to all lake attractions; 15 minute drive to the Bagnell Dam Strip, 20 minutes to the shopping centers & restaurants.
