—Kathleen's Review: "We chose this cute cottage over staying at the Graduate Hotel and we made the right choice. It's an easy walk to the Square, and walking through the pretty Bailey Woods trail to campus was the No. 1 reason we chose this property, and I’m so glad we did. Why mess around with Ole Miss parking when you can just walk through the woods (or down University Ave.) to get there? Loved it."
—Nic's Review: "Everything from the communication to cleanliness of the house, this cottage has all you need. Walkable to the square, Faulkner’s home, and Ole Miss campus it allows you to walk wherever you want to go. Lesley and her husband were extremely welcoming and took extreme pride in their home. Will definitely come back for all future trips to Oxford. Cannot recommend this place enough if your looking for a quiet place in the best town ever."

FYI: Our property is four houses over from William Faulkner's historic home where you will find Bailey Woods Trail.
A National Recreation Trail, Bailey Woods Trail links Rowan Oak, William Faulkner’s historic home, to the University Museum. Stretching approximately 3,000 feet, the trail takes about 20 minutes to walk, and bikes are not permitted on the trail. Bailey Woods is a heavily wooded area that William Faulkner was known to walk through. The trail was officially opened in 2008 and is a popular spot for hikers, UM classes, families and pets. The trail is incorporated into educational programming at the Museum in order to get children and visitors outside and active.
