House in quiet street between the lagoon and sea.
Large and airy house, outdoor area with lawn, covered barbecue, swimming pool, toilet and shower. Large living room with American kitchen, TV, satellite dish and ceiling fan. Three (3) bedrooms being 1 suite, all equipped with modern cabinets and ceiling fans. Large kitchen equipped with frezzer and microwave. Large balconies around the house.
Quiet street, paved, 500 meters from the beach, 8 minutes by car from the city center and 600m from the Saquarema lagoon. Close to supermarket, bakery, snack bar, ice cream shop.
