Fully understanding the current situation, we have no problem refunding full amounts up to 3 days in advance of your booking, even though VRBO does not allow us to select that type of option. We are not sure what VRBO's policies are with their fees, but if they have nonrefundable fees for either you or us, we can't refund those.

It is surrounded by quiet country pastures but is conveniently located near all that Cooperstown has to offer. Two bedrooms, one bath (first floor), fully furnished home with high speed fiber internet, smart tv in the Living room, smart TV/Roku in the Master bedroom, and a propane fireplace in the Living room. The Master bedroom (second floor) has a King sleep number bed and twin bed, with plenty of space for blow-up beds. The smaller bedroom (downstairs) has a full size sleep number bed. There is a bonus twin bed in the laundry room for an added place to sleep. A front porch and a large back deck/patio provide outdoor lounging and eating space.

Delightful trip to baseball Mecca
The hosts were very accommodating to our needs. House is quaint. Snow storm in April was a bit of a challenge, but again the hosts were GREAT! Side note, must stop in Sharon at the Brimstone Bakery on your way back to wherever you're going!

Great value
This is an older property but very clean. It's a short 10+ min drive to the heart of Cooperstown. Perfect for what we needed. Beautiful farmland area and close to Glimmerglass state park. Karin is very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Hope to come back and stay here next fall. (Karin, I had hoped to leave a gift for hospitality but ran out of time.. sorry!)

Beautiful Farm Getaway
We booked this property as a place for my parents to spend time with our daughter while my husband and I were in a wedding in Cooperstown. The house was a great size for our group and was a beautiful drive to the Farmers Museum about 20 minutes away. Cows all around the property were so fun to see and the quiet road was very serene.
