Aloha and welcome to 'Livin the Aloha Dream'. Imagine vacationing on the edge of the ocean! From the lanai, all you see is the ocean, islands of Molokai and Lanai, palm trees, beaches, whales, sea turtles, sailboats, paddle boarders, windsurfers, parasailers, and last but not least, rainbows. The magical sound of the waves will be music to your ears as you fall asleep. Watching the sun set between the islands is mesmerizing. Rainbows are breathtaking as the sailboats sail through them. Watching whales breach and spout from the lanai is a sight you will hold in your memory forever.

Kahana is nestled between Kaanapali and Kapalua. There is a small beach within a 5 minute walk from the property and there are many restaurants within walking distance including a coffee shop, health food store and farmers market. 'Livin the Aloha Dream' is a private get-away and hidden treasure from the hustle/bustle of the high-end hotels where you can kick back and enjoy your vacation your way - with Aloha!

Maui on our Minds

We love coming to Maui and only had 4 days so spend. Great location to experience the island. Beautiful sunsets, ocean just below us. Watching the turtles grazing among the rocks was a real treat. We had everything we needed for a perfect time.

Beautiful place in Paradise!

Aloha! Our stay was spectacular! Beautiful view too! The place was so close to the ocean, spotted whales and turtles everyday! The walk along the beach close by, and falling asleep to the sounds of the ocean below, priceless! The place was so clean and had everything we needed! Loved all the ocean decor, from the color of the walls and tile to the wonderful pictures and mirrors too! We love the location of your place in Maui and can't wait to return! And we hope that will be very soon! Mahalo!

Spectacular views!

This stay was incredible with awesome views of whales and sunsets. The place was very clean and work great for the Maui leg of our anniversary trip.

Beautiful design, decor, and view!

Perfect place for a getaway for two. Feels like an upscale hotel, easy check in and parking. Whaler’s store is an easy walk and has great poke. We also enjoyed walking to Miso Phat for excellent sushi! The rocking chairs on the lani were are favorite spot and we spent a lot of time watching the endless whales and turtles.

Couples Getaway

This condo was amazing. One room condo that had fun, clean decor and plenty of space to spread out. But the view of the ocean/ bay (toward Molokai) was unbeatable. We just sat on the balcony (sorry, lanai 😀) and watched the whales breach in the distance. Candidly, we were a little apprehensive about the condo since it was so reasonably priced and photos can be deceiving, but my goodness, it was perfect and I would say we hit a homerun with it. The owner was very courteous. Close proximity to several nice beaches and restaurants and plenty of day trip opportunities from here. Can’t recommend this place highly enough (for two people)!!

I have considered myself an island girl since I lived on the north shore of Oahu for ten years many moons ago! What a great way to spend my twenties as I attended the University of Hawaii. My quest to see the world after college took me to jobs in San Francisco and Germany. Returning to the U.S., I worked for an Anheuser-Busch distributor for twenty five years before moving to San Diego to retire on my sailboat. I traveled to many countries including Australia, New Zealand and most of Europe but I always kept coming back to Hawaii for my 'happy place'. Wanting to own a slice of this heavenly island has been a dream of mine all of my life. In 2013 I made my dream a reality and bought this gem of a condo. I have since completely renovated the whole condo and started from scratch making it my home to someday live in. I continue to update every year as I love interior design.

I currently live in San Diego and spend 6-8 weeks here at my condo every year. To me, there is nothing in the whole world better than rejuvenating my Aloha Spirit and Livin the Aloha Dream in this heavenly slice of earth.

What makes this property unique

This top corner penthouse unit (on 3rd floor which is the top floor in the building) is quiet, private and new. As you walk in the door, you will immediately feel a sense of calmness come over you as you go straight to the lanai and awe in wonder of its aqua marine beauty.

The lanai has comfortable seating and a dining table and chairs. It has lanai shades to pull down and clip on the rail if the afternoon sun gets too hot for you.

I added a large closet and built in drawers for your clothes. You can just 'move in' for your stay! You don't have to live out of your suitcase and step over your 'stuff'.

Another added feature is a safe for your passport, extra cash and jewelry. It just makes us feel better to lock our valuables away.

A keyless door entry alleviates you carrying a key with you.

A full size refrigerator and stove with oven will allow you to cook at home - only if you want to!

Having a washer/dryer in the unit, split system AC and dishwasher will make your vacation a real vacation. Who wants to 'rough it' on vacation? Not you!

Overall, I am in love with this unit and know you will be as soon as you see it. Maui No Ka Oi means Maui is the best. My motto is Livin the Aloha Dream No Ka Oi.
