Villa Friuli Residence is situated on the paradisiacal beach of Lagoinha, a place of tepid and transparent waters.

Our facilities include pure cotton sheets, electronic safe, European style curtains, spring mattresses, double pillows per person, daily maid service (except Sundays) and impeccable decor.
It is a housing for 4 people that is on the first floor (ground floor) with internal area of 60.05sqm and external area of 34.00sqm. It has 2 bedrooms, one of which is a suite, living room, kitchen, service area, two bathrooms, a front porch, a side patio and a garage.
Decorated in shades of beige. It overlooks the garden. All the charm and elegance of European constructions combined with the hospitality of the people of Santa Catarina Island make Villa Friuli Residence a haven of peace, charm and warmth.
