The cottage is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues, it has a steep staircase and step up to the kitchen and bathroom areas.Two double bedrooms , one has a kingsize bed and a foldaway single suitable for a small child if needed. The second bedroom has a double bed . Modern fitted kitchen , down stairs bathroom with bath and shower . Multi fuel burning stove and electric heating , gas fire in lounge .

All amenities shops,pubs ,cafes,and takeaways within a few minutes walk ,no need to drive .
Great base to take a short trip to Filey ,Scarborough or Whitby along the coast .
