"Very nice property, calm and green with a big pool. The house corresponds exactly to its description. Well equipped, perfect for up to 6 people and the air conditionning is sufficient to keep a temperature of 23°."

Logement très agréable, fonctionnel avec de belles infrastructures partagées

Nous étions une famille de 4 dans cette villa pouvant accueillir 6 personnes. 2 chambres climatisées sur les 3 : une chambre parentale avec double lit et une chambre sous le toit avec deux lits. La troisième chambre possède un lit deux place mais n'est pas climatisée. La maison dispose de tout le confort : rez de chaussée climatisé comportant la cuisine ouverte et le salon, cuisine équipée de lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, four, four micro-onde et plaques. Disposer du wifi en location est aussi un plus et c'est le cas ici. La terrasse est grande et on peut y manger à 6 sans problème. Le BBQ électrique permet de facilement faire des grillades. La résidence dispose d'une grande piscine partagée qui est finalement assez peu fréquentée et on est donc pas les uns sur les autres. L'accès au tennis, au terrain de pétanque et aux tables de ping-pong sont vraiment un plus. Bref, un excellent séjour de deux semaines dans cette villa dont l'emplacement permet de rayonner facilement aux alentours (Biot bien sûr mais aussi Marineland d'Antibes, Nice, Grasse, Juan-les-Pins, Saint-Paul-de-Vence, Cannes ...). La propriétaire est aussi très agréable ce qui est aussi très appréciable ! Je recommande donc cette location sans hésitation.
