Individual, rents beautiful home with heated pool, 6 bedrooms. ideal for visiting the Andalusian villages or to enjoy the beach.
This building built in 1858 will offer you all the comfort and space to spend a great holiday in Andalusia

For your peace and comfort we do not rent to multiple tenants at the same time, some of the number of rooms rent, so you may as well enjoy at your convenience and independence of, lounges, terraces, patio, kitchen, garage, swimming pool !!! For stays bed linen and towels are at your disposal for the duration of your stay.

High season: Rental only for the week (7 nights from Saturday to Saturday).

A wonderful stay

Juana and Olivier couldn't have been nicer or more helpful, and they were there whenever we needed help. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable as were the bathrooms and large kitchen with everything you would need. The whole pool area is full of beautiful plants and very welcoming. We really enjoyed being part of the Velez Malaga village. Don't miss Casa Domi for lunch or dinner. It's only 2 doors down and has fabulous food.

Peace in a bit of paradise.

Definitely lived up to expectations given by description and photos. Very atmospheric and comfortable. Pool was perfect, despite the weather! Kitchen was well equipped - air fryer was great bonus. No noise despite being in central location. Hosts were very nice and very discrete.

Amazing Accommodation

Our hosts, Juana ad Oliver, were perfect hosts during our stay in their home. From the initial reservation we made to our first day of on our arrival to our the last day in the house. Their response time with any questions was immediate. The house was perfect for our month long stay during the holidays in Spain. We had an amazing time while staying there and the area of Spain was beyond beautiful.

Incredible private villa

The property was incredible, it looks even better than the pictures. The hosts are lovely and despite our language barriers were able to be very helpful. The buses and supermarket is nearby so it's easy to get around. I'd recommend a hire car if you're staying in Velez Malaga though, they'd make it far easier to get about

We had an enjoyable stay with cordial friendly hosts. The house accommodation is spacious, the main staircase provides access for the owners as well as the guests. The description of the property needs slight amendment as there is no lawn/garden only a paved pool area with trees and shrubs.

A very pleasant stay

We had a very pleasant stay at this beautiful place. It is located perfectly - all areas of interest are easy to reach: airport, Malaga, beach, hiking trails, Granada etc. Our hosts have been charming. We had problems with the booking process in the beginning, but our host as well as the FeWo team have been patient and helpful all the time. We hope to be back sooner or later. Highly recommended!

Corona Stay

The accommodations are superb and the hosts could not be better. If you want to stay somewhere in Velez-Malaga, this IS YOUR PLACE. First International family trip.

We are a family of five and we’re looking for a property that would accommodate us comfortably. Not only was this property beautiful but also very comfortable. The owners are absolutely lovely and very attentive. They answered any questions we had promptly and welcomed us on our first day. The property is located in one of the most prettiest streets in town. We recommend this property to families and look forward to coming back real soon.

Wonderful Vacation!

We had a lovely stay in this large house in Velez-Malaga. Everything about the property was wonderful. There were nine of us—all adults, and we had no issues with space. That said, there were times when we had to wait for everyone to use bathroom/shower, so I would caution very large groups of 10 or more persons. Location in V-M is conveniently located to historic fort, and many nearby attractions. Thank you Olivier and Juana!

A fabulous holiday!

We had a wonderful two weeks here in Vélez. The house was beautiful and the swimming pool was perfect! The kitchen was big enough for everyone and well stocked with all you needed. The air conditioners / fans worked well in the Spanish heat. Olivier & Juana were great hosts, very helpful with local knowledge and an occasional lift. They were also very discrete and one wouldn’t have known they lived in the top floor. They also fixed a small issue very quickly. All in all, a fabulous holiday - thanks

A lovely 5 night break

We found Velez Malaga to be far larger than expected but the house was tucked away in a nice narrow road, very close to shops, bars & restaurants but no noise. We travelled to Lake Vinuela, Periana & Benamacorra and also to Nerja & Frigiliana so a perfect base. The pool and outdoor space was lovely for relaxing and the kitchen was extremely well equipped if you wanted to eat in. Note: Restaurants shut at 4pm and re-open between 7-8. We ate out every night, once by Lake Vinuela and once in Nerja but we found the restaurants close to the house were very good. All in all, a lovely stay with perfect hosts. Thank You Mandy Briggs

Pleasant period house but a little tired.

The property is a charming period house but it is a little more tired than is apparent from the pictures. We didn't notice any reference in the marketing information that the owners live on the premises. So it was a surprise to discover that in fact they live on the top floor and share the hall and stairs with the guest area. This made the stay feel like we were renting rooms in the owner's house rather than renting a private holiday home. Maybe it wouldn't bother other guests but it was not what we expected. The pool was a nice feature and it was lovely to swim in winter, but a house of this size would have benefitted from a good lounge area, as the only alternative to sitting on hard chairs round the dining table was the internal TV area which had no windows. Incidentally we couldn't get any reception on the satellite TV. Sorry to make a few negative observations but the property didn't quite live up to what we had hoped.

Lovely home in town

This house worked well for our group. It had lots of character . The one thing I would point out if that you should bring or purchase upon arrival soaps, shampoo, laundry detergent, toilet paper, shower gel, paper towels, and any other extras you might want as it’s pretty bare bones as far as what is supplied . We were caught unawares the first morning when people took showers. Our host also supplied us with more toilet paper as it was a Sunday and we went out and bought more on the Monday. The parking I front of the house is generally easy enough and we have just two occasions during our 6 day stay when we couldn’t . I did not feel comfortable pulling into the little garage . I would highly recommend heading up the street to see the old portion of town. Also the fact that the owners live on the third floor was of no concern to us at all. We barely saw them and certainly did not hear them. One nice feature is the little night lights that go on when it’s dark through the home . Also the night time lighting around the pool.

We loved our idyllic week in this house in late February. It was exactly as photographed. Beautifully furnished, maintained to the highest standard and spotlessly clean. The bedroom was comfortable. The kitchen was a joy to cook and eat in, but the highlight was the beautiful garden and pool area. We enjoyed total privacy but the owners were minutes away if we needed them. The town has everything we needed within a short walk. Velez as a base was excellent to explore region. We particularly enjoyed Nerja which was 30 minutes drive to the East.Highly recommended.

Fantastisch huis met geweldige locatie. Zwembad was zalig. Wij waren met 10 personen en alles was voorzien. Ook fijn dat op vraag van ons de eigenaar transfer geregeld had van en naar het vliegveld waarvoor nog eens dank. Zeker aan te bevelen.

Urlaub bei Freunden

Wer etwas abseits der Costa del Sol im "richtigen Leben" übernachten möchte, dem sei Juanas und Oliviers Patio Andaluz ans Herz gelegt. Der Strandrummel in Torre del Mar ist dabei nur 3 km entfernt (auch wenn es Corona-bedingt) recht ruhig war). Die großen, geschmackvollen Zimmer, der verwunschene Innenhof, die große Küche und der wunderbare Pool: Urlaub der besonderen Art, mitten im charmanten Velez Malaga. Wir haben uns bestens erholt, was natürlich auch an den überaus freundlichen Gastgebern Juana und Olivier lag.
