Great location

Very nice place! We loved the screened in balcony. It is also a gated community which reduces the noise and traffic. We would definitely stay here again.

Great condo and value

Husband was playing in a tournament and this condo couldn’t have been more perfect for us and our adult son! It was clean and well stocked and super comfortable. There was nothing we needed and Dave was very attentive… check in was a breeze. Highly recommended!

Really nice place ... even nicer than the photos (e.g., hi-def TVs in living room and both bedrooms [with easy-to-use common remotes, even]; new Keurig was a pleasant surprise). Excellent communications to and from David. Very clean apartment with plenty of linens. Once credentials were initially verified by gate security, very quick-&-easy to enter property. Only one minor bugaboo -- parking spaces are very often all taken -- only discovered after a couple of days there that parking is allowed on the grass areas between the already-taken spots (had to read the "fine print" of the one-page "parking rules" obtained from the stoic gate guard). Highly recommend!

Everything at this property was excellent.

The whole community was quiet and we enjoyed renting here. We would rent there again. Is close to restaurants and shopping. The Location is great…right of the Interstate.

Gated condo in PSL West area, my picky hubby liked it, nice and clean and more than enough space for our workcation in the area for the 2 of us, so when my husband is happy, I’m happy, thanks Dave for sharing your place. Great place to stay!

Great spot! Played in a golf tournament at The PGA Club. Proximity to the course was fantastic. The gated community was great, kids lived in the pool. Accommodation were perfect, we had a total of 7 people and had plenty of space. Will definitely go back!

Five star stay! The owners were a pleasure to deal with and quick to respond to questions. We appreciated the cleanliness of the condo as well as all of the amenities. We loved the proximity to the pool area and the friendliness of the community. The condo was stocked with everything you would need, and exceptionally clean and well organized. Looking forward to our next stay!
