It is not easy to find adjectives apt to describe the beauty and the particularity of this house.
It is a recently restored building that overlooks the castle walls of Laterina, the small town mentioned even in the Divine Comedy. An enchanting place in all seasons and not far from the most important and renowned artistic centers of Tuscany (18 km from Arezzo, 50 km from Siena, 60 km from Florence).
Apartment consisting of 2 bedrooms, 1 double and 1 with 2 single beds (can be joined together), large living room with double sofa bed, bathroom with shower tub and double sink. Large kitchen with cooking area and dining area.
Outside large terrace with additional bathroom and access to the laundry (washing machine and iron) and the large garden (540 sqm) where the pool is located.

Appartement conforme à l’annonce

Appartement très grand et fonctionnel, avec beaucoup de charme. Vielle bâtisse qui garde la fraîcheur, donc très agréable en période chaude. Grande terrasse avec store et barbecue, et jardins en terrasse avec piscine. Idéal pour une petite famille. Plusieurs petits commerces dans le village. Nous recommandons.

Formidable séjour !

Appartement très spacieux, très bien équipé, très joliment décoré . Les pièces sont fraîches malgré la chaleur toscane. Le jardin est très bien entretenu et propose des endroits où se poser à l'ombre. La piscine est grande et essentielle pour se rafraîchir. Et que dire de la grande terrasse tout le long du logement. Toutes les pièces donnent sur la campagne Toscane... Vue panoramique exceptionnelle !!! Des pasta et du chianti pour passer des soirées inoubliables. Merci à Michele (et sa maman) pour l'accueil chaleureux. Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable !

De belles vacances à Laterina

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances à Laterina dans cette maison très spacieuse et très propre, bien agencée avec une belle vue sur les collines. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la piscine et le jardin qui sont très bien entretenus. Les propriétaires sont accueillants et très gentils. Laterina est un petit village tranquille, nous avons apprécié ses petits commerces et sa fête médiévale. Bien situé, nous avons visité Florence, Sienne, Arezzo. Nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir !!! Merci et à bientôt.

Bellissima vacanza in Laterina!

Cara famiglia Pedani! Ci siamo sentiti molto bene in questa casa! Abbiamo trovato tutto a posto e tutto quello que abbiamo bisogno per un soggiorno piacevole. La vista del balcone era splendido! Ai bambini è piaciuta di più la piscina. Laterina é un villaggio piccolo e tranquillo, Firenze, Siena e Arezzo sono vicini. Perfetto per visitare e conoscere la bella Toscana. Torneremo, speriamo presto! Grazie e saluti da Colonia, Germania Wir haben hier sehr schöne Pfingstferien in urigem, teils antikem Gemäuer verbracht. Absolut empfehlenswert, wenn man die ländliche Ruhe sucht und trotzdem die touristischen Hotspots Florenz und Siena verkehrsgünstig erkunden möchte. Die Gastgeber haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen und waren für Fragen stets ansprechbar. Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs kann man im kleinen Ort einkaufen und auch eine sehr gute Pizzeria ist vorhanden. Der kleine Pool ist für eine Abkühlung gerade richtig, der Garten duftet nach Rosmarin und Salbei, die Aussicht auf das Arnotal lässt sich abends auf dem großen Balkon bei einem Chanti genießen.

Vue panoramique.

Très grand, très propre, au cœur du bourg médiéval. La terrasse, longue de 75 pieds et bordée de fleurs, surplombe le mur d'enceinte, offrant une vue de 180 degrés sur les collines environnantes et les villages haut perchés. Superbe ! Le jardin, très bien entretenu, s'étale sur trois paliers et offre une grande variété d'arbres, d'arbustes et de plants de toutes sortes incluant des citronniers, des fines herbes et un potager. Piscine et chaises longues complètent l'ensemble. Bref, c'est suffisamment vaste pour être tous ensemble ou encore pour que chacun est son petit espace personnel. Les pièces communes sont également très vastes. Seul bémol, du salon et de la salle à manger, on ne voit pas le paysage car les fenêtres sont trop hautes. Parking privé dans un garage juste en face de la porte d'entrée. Les propriétaires ainsi que les gens du village sont accueillants et très sympathiques. . Nous y avons passé un mois et pouvons confirmer qu'il fait bon vivre à Laterina !

"Tutto ottimo, più di qua...

"Tutto ottimo, più di quanto mi aspettassi. Unica nota dolente: le innumerevoli vespe nella zona piscina (sono stata punta al polso), con relativo fondale pieno di insetti morti: ci vorrebbe qualcuno che provvedesse a pulire la vasca ogni mattina. Essendo un problema risolvibile, sono certa che i proprietari lo prenderanno in considerazione e la struttura diventerà eccellente."
