A Disappointment
This is a property that could have been lovely. The view is quite nice. But that is where it stops. We were supposed to stay 3 days and left after 2. I can list the issues but the main one was the growth visible around the doors and windows that was destroying the wood and crumbling to the ground. We were having issues with breathing so we felt it was not safe to stay there. The introduction failed to provide all the information regarding the property and the towels were subpar. We asked for more towels and were told they would be delivered and were not. In short, we would not recommend this property until improvements are made. The location is not easy if you are site seeing.
To be clear, I gave the property owner ample opportunity to address these issues with me. When I complained about the mold, I was told my allergies may be related to the sea air and not the property. No one came and no one responded. The growth can not be missed by anyone cleaning this place as it was crumbled on the floor as well. We stayed in a number of properties through HomeAway and VRBO and this is the first disappointment. Don't be fooled by any past rewards.
