Excellente situation de l'appartement: Proximité de la plage, des restaurants et commerces. Merci pour la réservation du parking. Seul point négatif: Environnement bruyant surtout la nuit avec les fenêtres ouvertes(car pas de clim.)

Appartement zum Angewöhnen.

Wohnung ist geschmacklos eingerichtet. Das Schlafzimmer ist nicht größer als das Bett. Die Matratze miserabel und nicht benutzbar. Die Stockbetten ebenfalls zu hart und zu groß für das Zimmer. Die Toilette stinkt immer wegen fehlender Abluft. Die Dusche ist nur von sehr schlanken Menschen einigermaßen benutzbar. Dieses Appartement nie wieder!! Schade wegen der guten Lage.

L'appartement est vraiment idéalement situé : la plage de sable est juste en bas de l'immeuble, ainsi qu'une boulangerie et un café restaurant glacier. Les autres commerces sont aussi tout proches. A l'intérieur rien ne manque (lave-linge, lave-vaisselle...).

Abbiamo soggiornato in 6 ragazzi e ci siamo stati bene. L'appartamento è carino e completo di vari accessori. La posizione è ottimale sia per il mare e sia per la vicinanza al centro città. L'unica cosa che non ci è piaciuta è la mancanza di finestra o ventola all'interno del piccolo WC. Abbiamo trovato tutto in ordine e pulito. La descrizione del proprietario è veritiera. Consigliere il soggiorno in questo appartamento.

L'appartement est très bien placé en plein centre du Lavandou donc on peut tout faire à pied. La plage ne peut pas être plus prêt. L'appartement est pratique avec de nombreux rangements. Attention pour les personnes aimant le calme, comme l'emplacement est plein centre, c'est parfois un peu bruyant. Je pense que le rapport qualité prix est tout à fait correct et je recommande tout à fait ce logement.

Siamo stati qui per una settimana. La casa e` molto bella, pulita, situata fronte mare e ha tutto il necessario per trascorrere una bella vacanza. E` situata proprio in centro, vicino ad ogni tipo di negozio e ad un supermercato. La zona e` tranquilla nonostante il centro del paese disti solo un centinaio di metri. I proprietari, contattabili telefonicamente, sono stati molto gentili e parlano tranquillamente in italiano.

Appartement petit mais bien pensé et propre, bord de plage et toutes commodités à proximité (très bien pour sorties nocturnes). Propriétaire très sympathique et des attentions appréciables : prêt de boules, de masques pour la plage, parasol... Seul bémol : l'emplacement est très bruyant.

"Il faudra contrôler plus l''état de l''appartement après départ des locataires. Le frigo était resté rempli donc pas nettoyé. L''état du compteur électrique à revoir car , branchement de 2 appareils (Télé et Lave vaisselle) a suffi pour faire tout sauter. Nous avons été très contents en général."

"This apartement is perfectly located right next to the beach, and it is literaly just a minute walk from the apartement to the reastaurants and food stores (if you want to cook your own food). The communication with the owner has been really good, she writes English well. This was our second stay in this apartement, and we would love to come back some other time. Summa summarum: I give my warm recommandations!"

"Sur l''annonce, on peut lire 2 chambres; cependant il y a une chambre pour les enfants et une petite pièce de 2m de long sur 1,6m de large sans porte. Il n''y a donc pas 2 chambres. Concernant la place de parking, il y a 6 places pour 25 appartements. Nous n''avons pas pu mettre la voiture dans le parking. Environnement très bruyant même en Juin. Enfin le propriétaire et peu disponible et à voulu nous faire payer une intervention d''un plombier pour un évier bouché."
