Perfect family accomodation
This home was perfect for our group: 2 couples with 3 children aged between 2 and 4. Beautiful inside, great kitchen for family cooking, great bedrooms + bathrooms, room for 1 car inside garage and one right outside. Plenty of room for ski storage with a heated boot cupboard.
Skis can be put on at the backdoor (if the plough doesn't cover it) and you can ski within 10m at the end of the day.
Warm, very clean, cosy and with a great view out of the living room.
Can't recommend this place enough. We loved it, thank you.
Thank you for your comments. Please get in touch if you're thinking of returning to Big White.
Great Ski in and out location
Great location, very spacious, the place has everything you need, great place to experience Big White!
Thank you Ron. It was a pleasure sharing our home with you. Please do get in touch if you'd like to stay again.

The layout of this house is truly amazing. We had great snow so were hardly there! The place could use a little extra effort in the cleaning dept but really was okay, the house keepers need to be just a little more mindful. Oh well. It’s pretty much ski in ski out but I specifically asked if it would work for boarders and was told yes.....no way can boarders ski out of this place. We would stay again but not with board buddies.
Hi Breena. Thank you for your comments. I probably should have provided some guidance. If you climb the snowbank outside the back door and strap in at the top, you can get a glide all the way down to the main lifts without stopping. If there’s been a heavy snowfall, sometimes that can slow down the glide. But me and my kids regularly get to the lifts without any issues. I've also contacted the groomer to make sure they go past Blacksmith before the lifts open, so that should sort out any future issues.
Jan 2-5 stay was great!!!
Had a great time. Location was great for ski in and ski out! We’re able to see fireworks and a little bit of the skating rink from the deck. Owner was very responsive to my questions and kitchen and rooms were well stocked with basic amenities!
Thank you for your kind review Kirsten. Please get in touch if you'd like to visit again. Kind regards. Nick

We first visited Big White in 2000 and immediately fell in love with it. We've skied and boarded many resorts in France, Austria, Italy, USA and Canada. Big White certainly isn't the biggest resort, but it's definitely the most fun. Since having kids, it's even more fun coming here and there's no doubt about its claim to be in the top 5 kids' centers in the world. We live in Europe, our kids both love travelling and they're going to be better skiers and snowboarders than us!

Why Owner chose Beaverdell
Location, Location, Location! Ski-in and ski-out doesn't get much better than this. Just a step outside the back door, and it's an easy run down to the main lifts. An easy 10 minute walk to either the Main Village Center or Happy Valley. Beautiful views of the Mountains....
What makes this Townhome unique
Looking out the window at a foot of fresh powder and knowing we can be on the lift before most people have finished breakfast. Sitting in the hot tub with a cold beer, watching the last of the skiers making their way down to Happy Valley. Having a snowball fight with the kids out the front of Blacksmith.
