Lovely apartment SeaDream, close to beach and townofSaranda 4 beds in Rose House

Fantastic Fresh apartment in Saranda in Albania exciting, 100m from the sea with wonderful sea view!
Located just 5 minutes walk from the center of Saranda.
We have just purchased and decorated the apartment for the season in 2016. Therefore, there are as yet few reviews. (Do you want to learn a little more about how it is to live with us? Please see guest reviews from our second apartment - see # 1452410).
The house was built in 2011.

Facts about the apartment:
- FREE WIFI is available in the apartment
- 1 bedroom with double bed (160x200), a bunk bed with 2 beds (90x200) and wardrobes
- Large combined kitchen / living room with sofa, dining area and bench and exit to the balcony
- Refrigerator / freezer, hob, extractor fan and built-in oven with hot air in the kitchen island.
-Diskmaskin, Microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and kitchen equipped with everything you need.
-Helkaklat Fresh bathroom with a spacious shower area with glass doors and a washing machine.
- AC in the bedroom and in the living room!

The apartment is ultramodern equipped with everything you need for both short and long stay.
The entire apartment has tiled floors, high ceilings with bright fresh colors. The total residential surface (excl. Balcony) is more than 50 m2
The balcony of 10 m2 gives you the opportunity to dine out and place to hang out and see the beautiful view of the sea, the Corfu and towards the city.
Elevator in the house, the apartment is on the fourth floor, second plateau of the house. Across the street is a mini-market and 100 meters up the street is a large supermarket and a pastry shop.
Walk into town takes only 5 minutes. Nearest swimming at rocky beach directly below the house. 2 minute walk from the apartment's pool (open from about May to October) with a pool bar and restaurant. Dine at the restaurant and you can swim in the pool or rent a beach chair for about EUR 2 per day.
All along the coast from the promenade in Saranda until Ksamil are beautiful beaches. Some of them are very popular and have sun loungers (for a fee), restaurants and a nightclub eg Mango Beach, Ksamil Beach and Santa Quaranta Beach, just 10 minutes walk from the apartment. Others are more pristine and unspoiled.
The food is fantastic, a mix of Italian and Greek cuisine. Then Saranda was originally a fishing village are a lot of seafood. And the food and drink is very cheap!
Some examples: Greek big salad 35 kr, Club Sandwich 25 kr, a large portion Risotto with Seafood 45 SEK, fish soup SEK 20, a large pizza (enough for two persons) 40 SEK, a beer (Albanian) SEK 13, a glass of house wine SEK 13, a Pina Colada 35 SEK (all prices are approximate prices summer 2014).
Wifi is available at most restaurants and there are several Internet cafes.

How to get to Saranda? There are more options;
Corfu regular or charter flights chair (boat that takes 45 minutes to the port of Saranda)
Ioaninna in Greece scheduled (Automobile 7 mil)
Preveza in Greece charter seat (car transfer 15 mil)
Tirana scheduled (25 mile car transfer)

Prices include electricity, water, sheets and towels (3 pieces, one large and one small for indoor use and a beach towel) and cleaning / laundry on departure.
